When i am weak i am strong, i will cut the mouth of the enemy with praise. All day long i will praise the Lord. No matter what suffering i may endure in mind or body, faith is my shield and praise my sword.

sometimes that is the case for me. I almost don't believe in real fellowship anymore. right now I don't see much of a purpose of living in this world. it's boring and I can't find God given meaning to it besides "Jesus lived in the world and so you too must live in a world of confusion and mixtures of insanity with sanity". I must not fail to mention that this life is to be lived in true love which can look like a lot of different things. still... this world is a world of weakness, of necessity, of burden, of struggle.

i'm tired of playing by the games of the world and I can't find a better way to live in the world. it would be nice if I could convince my family to not be stricken by my death. I think people should not force me to stay in a world I don't want to be part of but apparently even God wants me here. ofc I can learn more things and grow better and better at loving people how I ought. but I don't have to exist in this world to love people.

I might eventually kill myself. it's not a big deal to me, besides hurting others and besides failing God in bearing my cross in this world and living a full life. I don't want to cause a negative thing upon others by me committing suicide.

maybe one day I will find what i'm supposed to do in this world or maybe I will die. at least I don't have children. thank God.

I guess you are referring to forsaking our flesh, i.e., the carnal side of our selves. Saving our soul is the whole point to following Christ, isn't it? When we fellowship together our fellowship is with God, if the fellowship is correct fellowship, i.e., fellowship in the light. He wants us to fellowship together, in love and truth. Correct fellowship is in love, truth, In meekness, humility, gentleness, kindness, as servants to each other and to Christ

if the first condition was good enough then it would have endured forever but as we know the second adam is superior as anyone with eyes to see can see the goodness of Jesus Christ. and so we are not being restored to the state that adam was in before he fell away from God but rather we are becoming "more than conquerors" in Christ.

You touched on a scripture truth that echoes my beliefs. These things mentioned in Romans 8, the things which we conquer are not always seen in this world, and so we walk by faith not site. For example, death is not seen conquered until after we die. As the scriptures say- we are dead and our life is hidden in Christ, in heaven not on earth. The sword- many Christians died by the sword and they were not spared from its deadly blow, but as the scripture promises, it will not separate them from the love of God in Christ. Romans 8 is a chapter which doesn't support the notion of having a good life in this world, but instead its found in the next life, in heaven. So this "good life now" prosperity doctrine that we hear today can be misleading, and can fail to teach us sound doctrine, and fail to prepare us for the trials and tribulations of life. This world is not our home and we are sheep to the slaughter. Its a difficult truth yet its full of wonderful blessing.



Romans 8:24 For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.

Yes well Paul seems to suggest that we are not whole until we die and leave this world. We are slowly fading away, old age and death are inevitable. So whats all this talk of being made whole? People suffer and die, that is reality. This world is not our home. Please. Your words weary my soul even more.

And please, if you dont have anything positive to feed my soul with then dont say anything to me. Im not trying to be harsh, i just cant take anymore negativity. Some people think that talking about death and suffering is negative but to me its a positive because it is the only reality i know. Should i cast away my hope and sit in depression because of it? Or should i praise the Lord and set my affections on heaven? What is the answer? Im tired, i need comforting words, i need that.

we have to try to redirect/refocus/rectify what "energies" we have or experience into a sanctified and acceptable free sacrifice of loving God and his children. God awaits all our prayers and actions and true being. He sings over us and he desires that we participate in singing too. but not without him for only God is good.

there are many spiritual things that are hard to understand but that you can get a sense of. there is a unique heavenly aspect and blessing when our conversation and treasure is in heaven. no other gods should ever be spoken of in our heart besides our Beloved Lord God... whom we adore in Spirit and in Truth. God offers us the fullness of life every day but the world, flesh, and devil do not know this fullness of life that is with Jesus Christ and those who abide with him.

the Lord really does want us to choose him over other things. the Lord has picked us with both the offering his Son to this world and with the Paraclete who he has promised and that he says if we pray and ask that he will give. there is so much prepared for us by God who loves us. there may be hardships but those things can be for a sacrifice to God. And its hard to use theology to help people because we dont know their situation, we cannot just use theological statements in a one size fits all scenario. The only thing that fits every situation is love/charity and prayer. Helping people who need help, being kind and charitable to them, praying for them, being aware of their weaknesses and conscience and being charitable toward them. All these things help people, but theology is just a word. Theology is sometimes uncharitable, in my opinion.

God is a living spirit and we too are to be living with him or nothing matters. theology is only helpful if it brings one closer to God. spiritual practice is only useful if we get closer to God. sometimes spiritual practices don't seem useful to our flesh and so we don't do them unless they give us pleasure but God wants us to be set free from all evils holding us away from him and he wants to make us pure and innocent and perfect. we must be with God in whatever condition that we find ourselves to be in. this does not mean submission to the evils but rather it means clinging to God rather than self in all situations. it is a very high path and high calling but it is either dwell with God or don't, which is the most unthinkable and terrible thing that can be... even though so very often we forget God this is due to the ignorance that most of us have. it ought not to be so. we should be spiritual 24/7 and constantly dying to our fallen nature and clinging to God and dwelling with his grace.

our greatest enemy is ourselves. ourselves are deceived by the devils and dwell in the world and the self/flesh can not know God though it can experience the affects/effects of Gods blessings to us but the flesh ends up taking those things in the wrong way and stumbles. we must die for the Lord because the Lord died for us. there must be nothing between self and God or we will remain in purgatory and in torments. for all I know I killed myself and God has put me in purgatory.

if we are tormented then let us be tormented with God. whatsoever God wills for us, let this be done. "but I do not know what God wills" this is very good because we should die to ourselves and i'm sure the more we deny ourselves ( as God desires we do ) that we shall know the Lords will for he will be with us.

who among us does NOT have thorns in their flesh? we need DEATH, not false life. we need God to destroy us, to kill us, because we are wretched sinners who always forget him.

we use the idea that we are wretched sinners as a thing that hinders us from being with God. who will save us from this body of death? our enemies use everything against us. they to try to make us not seek and dwell with God.

help me God! I am tortured by my own self because it is a self that is not perfectly with you! my mind and body are always going astray from you Lord! let this madness end!

I don't want to suffer without you, let this hypocrisy be gone from us all. God, no way or thing is right! only you alone.

I want to see that awareness go outside self and experience self formulating and being drawn out from within the depths of reality. I want to be innocence being eternally birthed. the copy and shadow of things tortures me, it is a glory fading away... but the Lord and his kingdom of children endures forever. I do not want to want, I just want to be with God and all that wants in me to be overflowed with him whom I desire and love and adore and suffer over. end this torture God! if my little soul can not be with your life she finds no reason to exist and yet she can not extinguish herself. all she wants, all I want, is to be whole and in the glory that is and was before the world and I want to fill this world with your glory.
