Well, Next to Joshua Tree, and Achtung Baby, October is close behind
Gloria is an excellent song, as is I Threw a Brick Through a Window.
I love the drums at the start of I Threw a Brick Through a Window! Ohh and when the guitar comes in
I'm glad you rank October highly, must mean you have good taste.

It's Just a couple of songs like tomorrow and rejoice don't do much for me. But I love most of it nevertheless.
Speaking of rankings this would be my album ranking in order:
1. The Joshua tree.
2. The Unforgettable Fire.
3. War.
4. How to dismantle an atomic bomb.
5. October.
6. Achtung Baby.
7. Boy.
8. All that you can't leave behind.
9. Passengers.
10. Rattle and Hum.
11. Under a Blood Red Sky
12. Zooropa
13. POP
I ranked most of the 90's stuff bellow the list, because albums such as POP and zooropa just seem too depressing for me. Now thats not to say I think Achtung Baby isn't that good, its a brilliant album! But it took about 5 years for it to dawn on me after its first release. If you were a fan in the 1990 period you'll understand what I mean. They had to change so abruptly because of the backlash at the time. Bringing out Rattle and Hum right after the success of Joshua tree was a bad move on their part, and most of the damage was caused by the movie being released in mainstream cinema. Instead of small screen. After all that, I was in shock when listening to AB for the first time, thinking is this really U2???
Because I'm bored I'm going to rank tours as well. I'm ranking them purely on all the concerts I have.
1. Popmart. - I don't mean to be hypocritical, but the live performance of "streets" on this tour is just too mind blowing. And all the old songs were re-built with a new feeling.
2. Lovetown
3. Elevation
4. War
5. Zootv
6. Boy tour.
7. Vertigo tour.
8. Unforgettable Fire tour.
9. October tour.
All subject to change.
