Old Roos...tell me bout Popmart! The video is fabulous...everything is so colorful, it must have been amazing live! Very jealous. Hows come you didn't make it to Elevation tour?

I had 4th row seats here in SLC, the screen was amazing. It was great to see Bono up close. The giant silver thing that they popped out of in the middle of the show was great as well. The Elevation tour came when I was in the middle of my divorce, and I just could not afford to go, still kick myself for missing it though....

I love U2! They will never know how the Lord used them to help me through a very rough time in my life.

Went to their Elevation concert and had an awesome time! I also visited Ireland in 1995 and ate in a restaurant owned by Larry. I looked all over for him, but he wasn't there that evening.

Forgive my ignorance, what's/where's SLC? That's amazing that you were that close! Popmart was definetly a very visually pleasing show....I loved Bono's look during Pop too. I'm sorry you missed Elevation, they kinda deliberatley did it very low key as compared to their other concerts (I wonder what direction their gonna go with Atomic)....it was good stuff! Well, you have to promise yourself you're gonna make it to a show this year....maybe I'll meet up with ya--I'm trying to go to as many shows as physically/financially possible this year!!

Hey, anyone see the new U2 stuff on their website?! Fun stuff...we've got less than a week to hear Vertigo. I think I'm more excited than anyone else.....

I heard Vertigo on the radio today - maybe a couple more listens will get me loving it. I'm not saying it's a bad song, but it's still gotta grow on me a bit.

I have not yet heard Vertigo on my local stations, but that is of course, because I don't have enough patience with the radio to give them more than 15 minutes of my time. Luckily I have my trusty mp3 of it.
