Assuming you mean fossils, not really, no. "Missing links" has never been a real issue for evolutionary biology. That's just a creationist invention.

I didn't mean fossils. I was referring to changes at the atomic level. Buried deep in those blackboard size equations are, dare I say it...miracles?
