God didn't create anyone with a difficult spirit. The condition of their human spirit is their own freewill choice.

No, the human spirit itself is not the spirit of Christ, but completely separate from Christ, (unless born again).

Angels are spirit beings. Demons are spirit beings. Neither have bodies of flesh.
Humans are also spirit beings, but unlike angels or demons, we are clothed in a body of flesh.

When our fleshly carcase dies, our human spirit lives on set free from the fleshly body.
That human spirit either ascends to the Lord, or descends to a less pleasant place.
