The men and women serving in the military have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution of the USA. They have "standing" in a court of Law to file this lawsuit against Obama and force him to prove his Constitutional eligibility to be the President. If they carry out Obama's orders and it's determined that he is illegally/unconstitutionally operating as the president, they could be court-martialed for obeying him because they did not protect and defend the Constitution that Obama is allegedly trampling all over as their fraudulent "Commander in Chief". Do you understand that?

The man has to prove that he is Constitutionally eligible to be the president which he REFUSES to do. He must answer to the people.

I would have to disagree with you there.. I checked the winter climate for Jordan, and was surprised to find that it’s cold and wet in winter; November-March. Not as cold as Europe, but snow often. His "birth certificate" that he posted on his website is a forgery and has been PROVEN to be so by more than one expert.

He refuses to release his original birth certificate out of Hawaii. Why?
Is it because it shows that he was not born there but rather registered there having been born somewhere else?

He could save himself a lot of money on the teams of lawyers he's using and silence the "conspiracy theorists", as YOU call them, by releasing his birth certificate. There is a reason why he is not doing so. The silence is deafening.

He has proven it. It has been legally proven, over and over again, that he is a US Born citizen. Even McCain admitted that he has seen the evidence proving it. THe Supreme Court has found over and over, with every nutjob lawsuit about this, that Obama is well and truly a US born citizen. It's this sort of frivolous litigation that clogs the court system.

As a matter of fact, Obama's birth certificate has never been "proven" to be a forgery by "experts". The people at FactCheck.org examined Obama's actual birth certificate - held it in their hands - and found it to contain every single distinguishing mark that valid birth certificates are supposed to have.

The fact that Obama was elected four months ago and inaugurated two months ago automatically proves wrong everything HisDaughterJen has said. If Obama was ineligible for the Presidency, he would not have been able to be elected.

I debated this in another thread with HisDaughterJen, who posted many assertions about Obama ("he has multiple social security numbers" and "he has multiple aliases"). She proved none of these assertions.

When confronted with the fact that it makes no logical sense whatsoever that Obama would somehow be able to evade multiple background checks when he ran for the Senate and for the Presidency, Jen's answer was that Obama is "Satanic".

Some people can be confronted with inescapable logic and facts and still continue to believe loony conspiracy theories instead of the truth. Logic and reason do not work with those people, and it is a waste of time and energy to debate them. Take my word for it.
