EO's were originally suppose to be used by the President only in emergency situations and reviewed by Congress.

However, we've come to the point where EO's have been used by the recent presidents like dictators in a monarchy system of government.

Agreed. Anyone know if EO's have been brought before scotus to determine constitutionality? I certainly don't see any accommodation for them in the Constitution.
