Why? What portion of the Code of Judicial Conduct or Rules of Professional Conduct has he violated? Simply making a ruling that some people disagree with is not causes for discipline.

What fraud did he commit? Please be specific. If making a ruling that people disagree with isn't enough for professional discipline, it's sure not enough for legal action.

This is an attack on democrat elections and upon the people.

How exactly is this an attack on the elections? Nothing in this case or judgement effects Trump's eligibility for office, and he didn't even need to be present in court at all, so it didn't limit his ability to campaign. Not to mention that the investigation that led to this lawsuit was started in 2019, before he left office. In fact, the only reason this wasn't resolved years ago (which incidentally would have been before Trump announced he was running) was because he ignored subpoenas from the OAG for almost two years.

You have every right to not like Trump's words, but fraud has been committed within the judicial system by those who will twist and break laws in order to "get Trump."

I only have an anecdotal offering: I personally know of a family in the US illegally from Nicaragua. The husband deliberately missed the federal court date that would have likely had him immediately deported. He was given another court date two years from now. The wife deliberately missed the federal court date that would likely have had her immediately deported. She was given another court date three years from now.

This is typical, and yes, this is a burden on the state.

It's the way the founders of America set things up. We had no immigration restrictions until the end of the 19th century. Turns out, prosperity tends to track with immigration.

The fear of racists that "legacy Americans" will lose their place in America is just foolish. The immigration of German, Irish, Italian, Jewish and Hispanic peoples did change America, but left our institutions and values intact. After all, they came here attracted by those institutions and values.

With travel so easy now I think you have to regulate migration, but yes you are right immigrants that accept USA values are and have in the past been great for this nation. That's why they're coming here. They bought into Reagan's vision of America as a "shining city on a hill." They don't want to overthrow it; they want to get in on it.

They come here to work. And they do; the evidence shows that illegal immigrants add billions to state GDP annually. To be sure, every wave of immigrants changed America. The Germans, the Irish, the Italians, the Jews, and others. Today, Asian immigrants are coming in large numbers. The city next to mine had a rather large and boisterous Holi celebration not long ago. How is that different than St. Patrick's Day festivities? I believe the devil uses semantics to deceive people. The devil's lies seek to undermine loving others as yourself. We can observe that many people are under lies, and they even lie to themselves. It's easy to deceive people simply by using terms that change the reality of the situation into what it is not. One needs only to promote a false premise which people will end up unconsciously accepting as true. For example, the descriptive term "secure" applied to the border actually means to "protect" the border as in protect it from foreign invasion, which does not apply to asylum seekers or refugees.

The fact of reality is that people have been crossing back and forth across that border since long before his grandfather ever immigrated here, and the country hasn't ceased to exist. Recently, I've heard people complain that as a priority we should be protecting our own borders instead of helping Ukraine, as if asylum seekers and refugees are somehow comparable to tanks and soldiers destroying villages and whole cities. This falsehood actually creates a false equivalency between people who come here seeking to make a better life and foreign military forces literally coming to annihilate anyone who stands in their way.

I can see for myself that much of the labor force in the USA are migrants with work visas that can't speak English. The government has been growing the economy through immigration for the last forty years and between the two what you describe was more or less predictable.

This is the base political dichotomy to reason upon, Democracy/Autocracy. If you'll notice unregulated capitalism trends towards plutocracy, oligarchy, and autocracy, which favors cheap labor. In my view, by calling Citizens United "free speech", the Supreme court has effectively gutted campaign finance protections that a democracy depends upon to prevent a plutocracy, and we have now moved so far right that nobody can run for office without a billionaire backing them.

You may think I'm ignorant about how these events unfolded (I'm not), but you don't seem to understand that there is a spiritual war precipitating these events, Ephesians 6:12 .

I believe that Jesus came into the world to reveal the Love of God, and that he did so by suffering a torturous death on the cross so that sins could be forgiven. Such a Love is not of this world. So, as a Christian, to persevere in such a Love is not going to be an easy thing to do in this world. Because it means we all must pick up our own cross, to follow after him.
