I guess that you have not read Hosea 2:11 - I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts.

The Tanach, Stone ed uses the word terminate in place of cease. And the Tanak uses the word end.

All three translations agree together and with Jer 31:31-34.

Notice it says... "her" and the Lord does not identify Himself with them.. they are not His.. they are a counterfeit.. even in those days.. people need to be given the gift of discernment.

The Gentile, goyim was not allowed to participate in the annual festivals such as Passover. It they became ciscumcised they could, but then they were not gentiles any longer. Ex 12:48 required this. The law that applied to gentiles was only restrain when with an Israelite's gates or a possession such as a slave. This pertained to the religious type laws, you might call them ceremonies. Of course they were subject to the civil type laws.
