I do some management for the company we own. I pay bills, give the accountant information to send out bills and make salaries, oversee some employers written works, counsel employers by mail or phone (sometimes we have also meetings and sometimes I mentor our empoyers in our client companies- two reasons I go out of home-office once or twice a week). At the present time I do also some works (juridical counsel, documentation) as a specialist for our clients, but my purpose is bring this to minimum.
