Your fear comes from being in an environment where there could be critical spirits operating. Where there is an environment where there is the Love of God, that fear goes, and you then develop the confidence to step out in faith and give your word knowing that those around you who see or hear the word are going to be loving and supportive of you and not critical.

This speaks to me today.. so I just copied the first part.. I have struggled lately in our home enviroment.. but you know it was not those who do not believe that are around me which have caused this.. It was that I have been operating in fear.. not faith.. That means love could not flow and flourish here.. God is love.. What a wonderful word for me today.. Love.. that is what I have been missing.. I have been afraid to love because I saw love as controlling and where the Spirit of God is there is freedom.. I have instead been tossed about to and fro by the spirits of strife.. critical spirits and spirits of fear.. And bound yes..

Thank You Lord for this word.. and for you Oscar.. actually I found this word through searching your posts.. because you posted something at the Healing Ministry thread.. See how the Spirit works.. This is what I needed.. praise God \0/

The last part actually is very prophetic.. because those who do not believe yet around me.. will be drawn to hear and listen and respect me.. when I am walking in love and not fear!!

The Word of the Lord will not return to Him void. When He gives you a word, it has to bear fruit in you. Accepting the Word of God into your life makes you more and more fruitful. No time reading and meditating on the Word of God is wasted time. Even though you do not see the benefits immediately, even after hours of reading and studying, they will come. If you have faith and patience, you will inherit the promises that God has given you. With the Lord every word that comes from Him is yea and amen. He cannot lie. Therefore trust Him and wait on Him, and you will see the fulfilment of what God has promised you come to pass in ways you did not expect, and the way He will fulfill it will be a greater blessing than the way you expected it to be.

If you are going to state something that has the authority of God in it, you need to show how you are speaking with His authority; otherwise you are putting words into God's mouth that He did not say. In other words you could be attributing to God things that are merely your own natural opinions.

If you believe that this is not the way to 'do' prophecy, then show us your justification from the Word of God, otherwise you are open to reasonable challenge.

I speak from God's authority that your words are your own and not from the Holy Spirit.

Freeman Gods Words would not hold within them contention and strife. It would seem that if you do not believe in all Gods gifts you may be no doubt on the wrong thread for your beliefs. I am unwilling to judge your beliefs on this matter as there is only one who judges that being Christ. However if you do not believe in the gift of prophecy it seems odd that you would be here judging those of us who do believe.

Where you see contention and strife, I see correcting bad behavior. And I beleive in prophecy, I just don't believe in making a mockery of it on a forum. I have even had people prophesy over me. There is no accountability when done this way. They are just flattering words on a web page.

I will vouch for Oscar's words. They are truly prophetic. He has prophesied to me before, and it has been correct. He knows what he is doing, and he is not making a mockery out of anything. Stiick around, you might learn a thing or two from him.

Freeman accountability is provided by the Holy Spirit of whom i do believe does has the authority and who guides us to words that edify and those that do not, words that are True and those that are not, words that are from God and those that are not. Be it in person on paper or on screen in all counts is it the Holy Spirit who has the final say as to the Words of God and those that are not.

Ciners has accountability by me and i by others here. We have each witnessed and been a part of helping one another grow both by Gods words and by our own.
I have seen ciners heart poured upon these pages helping others to remove stumbling blocks before others myself included she has helped me personally more than any man or woman of flesh on this planet and i have never personally meet her flesh but you can bet brother i know her heart and know it well as if she was standing beside me because in the spirit she is my sister my friend and i Love her as both. so by the fact i and others have been helped by her she is much more than a name on a web board she is a Deciple of Jesus Christ and brother she is my friend and sister in Christ.

Umm - can I stick my oar in here?
I have read this thread - and whilst I can't personally say that God has spoken to me specifically through it (yet!), all the posts have been in line with the word of God, and in no way a mockery!
There are other places to debate the pros and cons of online prophecy - so why not do so elsewhere?
Personally, I feel that the people on here are sincere in their wish to serve God in this way - and therefore He will honour that.
Those who do not wish to participate don't have to!
I would be the first to speak out if I felt that anything posted here could cause hurt or was in any way harming anyone.
But it isn't!
So please, brothers and sisters, lets not have yet another thread disintegrate into personal arguements!
