Thank you for your prayers for me . God is answering, and I am thankful that so many of you understand depression. I am sorry that you have suffered from it though.

I've been thinking of how many suffer from depression...I usually do not reccommend drug therapy...but I did start using a small dose of prozac when I got these mites in my skin...I needed the help...could feel the relief in my brain right away...I still have to fight a tendancy to be depressed, worry and get anxious, but the battle is not so severe.

I did use antidepressants off and on for ten years with all kinds of weird side effects...so I mention drgu therapy with caution...but somtimes...if you find one you can tolerate it does help.

I have a hard time asking for pray because of the parasites...there is a shame involved ... but my skin is hurting from all the treatments I have tried and continued to use...yet, deep inner healings are taking place...I still look to the Lord to make me "clean".

Yes sometimes medication can help a lot I have found. Praying for continued healing from depression and for angelwinds skin.

Shirley, please don't feel shame about the parasites. It's not your fault. Do you think it could be a spiritual attack - is something good about to happen and Satan is having a go at you?

I think anti-depressants can be very helpful in some types of depression, and have taken them in the past. Unfortunately they didn't work for me, but that is because my depression is related to a specific early-life experience, which God is revealing to me and healing. It takes time, but it means that I can adapt to each new revelation over a period of time.

I'm glad inner healing is happening for you too Shirley. Maybe God has allowed circumstances in our lives, to cause us to be still and rely on Him, so He can heal us. I hope your husband in continuing to feel better too, kaykay.

I am so sorry you have been suffering from this for so long. I understand how you feel about the shame part but there is nothing to be ashamed of. We never know the things that can effect us. I will pray that this parasite will finally leave you and you can begin to heal. God bless you.
