Urgent Prayer request
My son who lives with my mother in law just called. She has just been taken to hospital with chest pain she is NOT a complainer at all. She was better after being given oxygen but her BP was up. Please pray for her. My hubby is on the way there to meet her but I have no car at the moment. Thanks Jan

Urgent Prayer request

Thank you to everyone who prayed for me recently. I am feeling a bit better, but I think I have gone in the wrong direction in seeking treatment, and now need to extricate myself from a difficult situation, unless God is telling me to stay there. I need to hear from Him, which I am finding difficult as my emotions are so strong. Thank you and praise Him.

My mom in law is home now from the hospital. All tests for heart attack have come back normal. PTL. Her BP is still elevated and I will make sure we get to her doctor asap for a review. I still think she was experiencing angina as it was immediately relieved by administration of Oxygen by the paramedics. While in emerg when her O2 level went down the pain came back although not as severe. Perhaps some nitro will help that in the mean time she is under strict orders to call me anytime night or day if the pain returns. Thanks for all your prayers. Jan

A prayer request from me. I have recently retired at God's urging and promise to take care of me. I am about to go into business for myself and ask your prayers for this, that God will make it succeed.
God has given me peace of mind since I retired and for that I am thanful. He is always so awesome.

I've often thought that Satan can imitate almost anything God does. He can quote Scripture and do miracles; but he can't imitate God's peace.

If you have peace in your spirit, if you feel the leading and blessing of the Lord, then know that He will take care of you, even as He has promised.

One of God's precious promises is that He will guide us, Ps. 32:7-8. Part of discerning that guidance is experiencing His peace, James 3:17-18. His ways always come with peace. I am praying that you will experience that peace as you decide what you need to do.
