The storm has blown over for now. But it was a nasty blow, and despair offers easy and terrible temptations.
My son, through carelessness, lost a chance to get into a university, and since we had poured everything we had into it, family reactions were frightening. Our situation has been very precarious, we live in a rented house in a semi-legal sitution with temporary rights that expire over the next few months, the school year has started and I still don’t have the groups I need to provide the income we need. And next week, everyone is travelling, my son to try again somewhere else, and the rest of my family to come (I’d like to say “home” but can only say “back to me” after being in Russia all summer.).
Some things are so sensitive I can’t say them here. But your prayers are appreciated!
