This seems minor, and not even for me, but my daughter ...
She's very discouraged, living on her own. She had something of a perfect storm this month of her car breaking down and needing several repairs, moving to a new place (and part of this is Christian conviction, God bless her), getting stuck with making up what others did not take full responsibility for, some pretty expensive vet bills, and having her insurance keep failing to pay a medical bill that they should pay, and now she's being hounded for it. She's been so conscious of keeping a good credit history, put money in savings, and always paid her bills, and she's not long on her own and just not prepared to be hit with so many things at once. She's upset because her savings is gone and her credit is now fully extended (and ruined), and she still doesn't have enough to pay her living expenses. On top of that, I got a notice that her license was suspended, and it seems to be a clerical error, but she's pretty upset (not to mention still dealing with my diagnosis I guess). I wish I could make it all better - that's what Moms do. And there's not much I can do to help right now, since I need to prepare for being out of work for a few months in addition to losing two months over the summer.
Some of this is due to her deciding to seek more seriously after God, and she needs some strength. Any prayers for her would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Can't say much else myself though, I was posting from the MRI waiting room and just got out. Seems maybe there's a bit of comfort in a connection?
