Praying for Quietbloke and his family at this very difficult time.

Thank you to those who have been praying for our friends who lost their baby. Now I'd like to request prayer for another bereaved family in our town. A mother, aged 40 has passed away, leaving a husband and 4 young children, the youngest of whom is 8 months old. Pray, too, for her mum and dad - it can't be easy seeing your child go before you and she was their only daughter.

I pray for them all, that they will know something of the comfort of the Lord. Bless her mum and dad, it is heartbreaking. My son was 43 when he died, so I feel for them.
Dear Father send comfort and relief and strength to this family, in Jesus name. May they feel your presence with them in their sorrow.

That must be very difficult for you. That lady's father greeted people at the door as they arrived for her funeral service - can't have been easy.

We have had more sadness in our church family - our pastor's mother died suddenly last Tuesday and his father is in hospital - he is old and frail and his wife was his carer, so now he is needing residential care. The pastor is moving to a new church this month which is near to where his parents were living and we had been praising the Lord that he was going to be much closer to them than here in this town.

A thank you to everyone who prayed for Marius, after I posted the request shown below.

Please would you pray for a young man, called Marius, who has kidney stones? He has a hospital appointment on 4th August and is very grateful for prayer about the procedures he will undergo then, as well as for any further treatment.

He has had the operation and is now back at work. Everything went well, it wasn't delayed (as I feared it might be) and he had enough money coming in, during his time off work, to meet his family's needs. The tests show that there is nothing serious and he just has one more test result to receive.

He asked me to say a big "thank you" from him. He is very grateful for everyone's prayers and is praising the Lord for delivering him from what he thought would be a serious illness. God is good!

Glad to hear about the good medical report from Marius' medical tests, and that it was not a serious condition. Glad that he is back at work. Thank God for the answered prayer.

We are about to embark on some very active events, moreso than what we just went through recently.
God is guiding our leadership.
Keep them in your prayers for safety and wisdom as they truly fight against the evil that has beset us! (This includes a world-wide fight against child trafficking, child sexual assault, child sacrificing to lucifer..)
