  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Pray for me and my family. My Dad passed away, we will now be traveling to go to his funeral. My heart's desire was to see him one more time before he left us but it was not in God's plan.
I am so sorry for your loss!
May God rest his soul, and be your strength and comfort in your grief.

Praying for the Lord's blessings to be on you and your family in the difficult days ahead :crossrc:

Hello Everyone

I was surfing the web this-afternoon, and I noticed this post by a young lady
[I will call her 'Sue']

Folks, please remember me in your thoughts and prayers.
I will be having some tests to rule out ovarian cancer done within two weeks.
I am so scared, I can hardly think straight or even type.
It is so easy to expect the worst, I am good at that, but, I really am afraid.
I feel pretty alone right now.

Please join me in prayer for this young lady 'Sue'
that her fears shall be expunged, her faith strengthened
and her outcome, by God's grace, be, to His glory

God bless us all

Thank you all for your prayers.

Finally the bronchitis is gone (though the very cold in FL is egging it back)...

I still sob uncontrollably for Caleb too often imo.

Malibu (my poodle) is learning and maturing weekly...pray that I will be able to have non-pain/fatigue time to work with him in training as he needs me to each day.

My psychologist, clear of cancer since last August, is still not opening a new office yet. He doesn't share much, I only rattle his cage once a month to hear if there's an update... since he doesn't share WHAT he is dealing with I can only assume it's very private like side effects of the chemo that may be embarrassing? I know he was dealing with terrible "brain fog" earlier... but he would share that as he did before.
He's a good Christian (no, really) and God has performed miracles in his life, so please ask God for a complete remission of his symptoms. There are many who need his expert guidance.

He hears, even the grumblings of a contrite heart
Wait upon The Lord

I have many times heard, the 'dying' say;

"How can there be a God ? who would, let people suffer like this"

They seem to look inward
rejecting the world
~for it's being at-fault, for, their condition
~for their hopelessness
~for the nothingness, that they see lays ahead of them

God, doesn't see, hear, or, feel things
as we see, hear, and feel them
God doesn't think thoughts as we do

God is, quick to love, forgive and, has the power, to restore
His power is infinite
\o/

Let us pray, that your cousin, will, turn to our Lord, in His day
and with an open heart repent and ask forgiveness
Lord hear our prayers

Please pray for my cousin. He was diagnosed with colon cancer and has a limited time left on this earth. He does not believe in God and refused to talk to me about it today.

Please pray for his salvation. Thank you.

Joining in prayer for your cousin. :groupray: I pray that the right person, at the right time, will give him the gospel. Praying for you too that you will know how to handle your cousin's unwillingness to talk.
