Its all about choices, we can follow the example of Jesus who is the way, always leading by example, or we can do what we feel is right and wrong despite the warnings Pro 14:12. Its best to let God be God as He didn't leave it up to man to decide what is sin (right and wrong) 1 John 3:4 James 2:10-12 Rom 7:7

And Jesus will not care whether you obeyed Ellen White or not. He will care whether you loved your neighbors and enemies, whether you did good works and searched for the truth, with open mind and critical thinking. Whether you kept yourself from the stains of the world.

Whether you try to live like a Jew or not is irrelevant. Whether you memorized a long list of verses or not is also irrelevant.

I can say Amen to following Jesus as he is present in his body on Earth today

19 Now Jesus said this, signifying by what kind of death Peter would glorify God. When he had said this, he said to him, “Follow me.” John 21

We also need to keep in mind what Jesus taught, I believe the way you are interpreting the passage in Hebrews 4 goes against everything Jesus taught and lived.
You're still not getting the fact that the rest that remains is not the weekly Sabbath. That is the rest we are to enter in as told in those verses. Sabbatimos remains, that's the Sabbath that we keep. It's not Sabbaton. That was just a shadow of the rest that we would ultimately find in Christ 24/7, not just one day of of the week.

And I know you seem to focus on the Sabbath as a day of worship but it ultimately was for a day of rest. We don't need to put aside one day of worship. We can and should be loving our Father/Christ 24/7 -with all our hearts, minds and souls. Yes, Christ came to fulfil the law and we see that in Hebrews 4 concerning the rest that one should enter in. We are also told not to be judged on those days. You and others claim that the Colossians verses don't pertain to the weekly sabbaths but they do. The very definition of sabbath in this verse is Sabbaton which is the sabbath day, the weekly repose/rest, etc.

Colossians 2:16 "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:"

There is separation in all of these things as well so there is no mistake- "or in drink", "or in respect of an holyday", "or of the new moon" "or of the sabbath days"

The holydays are festivals but again, the sabbath days are without a doubt the weekly day of rest.

Christ fulfilled the law and today the law should be written in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. When we enter into "his rest" we are fulling the rest that remains -Sabbatimos. That's the Sabbath that remains and should be kept. It's not Sabbaton. You stated "let's look at the Greek" Well, I have but you choose to ignore the word Sabbaton. It's not in Hebrews 4:9 as the rest that remains but it is in Colossians 2:16 as something that no one should be judged for.

And yes, we'll all find out regardless when the time comes on these matters...

The rest we find in Christ is not the Sabbath rest, the Sabbath rest is on the seventh day according to God Exo 20:10 . In Christ's rest, there is no rebellion to Him and His commandments Isa 48:18 including the Sabbath which is a commandment not given to Himself, but to man Mark 2:27 Isa 56:6 because man can't bless themselves Isa 56:2 or sanctify themselves Isa 66:17 we need God Eze 20:12

Colossians 2:16 "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:"
There some context left out as there is more than one Sabbath in the Scriptures and Paul was so careful to provide the context that sadly no one ever quotes.

Col 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

How anyone comes to the conclusion Paul is referring to the weekly Sabbath, is very sad.

God in His own Testimony said the Sabbath started at Creation Exo 20:11, before sin. Jesus is His own Testimony said the Sabbath was made for man Mark 2:27 for everyone Isa 56:6 Man was created on the sixth day in the image of God before God created the first Sabbath that He blessed and sanctified.. Gen 2:3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.

So with trying to connect the weekly Sabbath to Col 2:14-17 means God was against man at Creation and gave them the Sabbath to be contrary and against, instead of God blessing and sanctifying the Sabbath so He could bless Isa 56:2 and sanctify man Eze 20:12. So God was against man at Creation and against Himself since man was made in His image. Sad interpretation.

Paul was not referring to any of the Ten Commandments which includes the Sabbath commandment written by the God of the Universe. He was referring to the annual holy days that had to do with food and drink offerings that is nowhere in the Ten Commandments and some of these annual holy days were sabbath(s) in the law that was handwritten by Moses placed outside the ark as a witness against

Exo 31:24 So it was, when Moses had completed writing the words of this law in a book, when they were finished, 25 that Moses commanded the Levites, who bore the ark of the covenant of the Lord, saying: 26 “Take this Book of the Law, and put it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, that it may be there as a witness against you; 27 for I know your rebellion and your stiff neck. If today, while I am yet alive with you, you have been rebellious against the Lord, then how much more after my death?

We should worship God 24/7 365 days a year but Jesus in His own Words identified false worship as keeping our own rules in lieu of the commandments of God quoting directly from the Ten Commandments Mat 15:3-14 compared to true worship keeping the commandments of God (His version) and the faith of Jesus Rev 14:12.

Be well.

the Sabbath which is a commandment not given to Himself, but to man Mark 2:27
Oh mine, so many Adventists distort Mk 2:27 so much that I wonder how you can do it without blushing. Christ's words mean the opposite than what you are trying to make it. He literally said that the man was not created for Sabbath. And therefore, the Son of the man is not its servant, but lord.

Mark 2:27 And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath.

Man was created first, then the Sabbath, not the other way around.

Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath because He is the Creator of it.

The seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God Exo 20:10 Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath Mat 2:28. Who are we to tear down something Jesus is Lord of. Its like going into someone's house and telling them to tear it down, get rid of it. That is not a message coming from God. God said Remember, to keep the Sabbath day holy, it is My holy day, the holy day of the Lord Isa 58:13

What? It is not about any order or creation. Just stop adding your wishes to it. It is about his disciples doing things not allowed to do on Sabbath.

To this context, Jesus says: “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord even over the Sabbath.”

It does not mean, in any shape or form, that Jesus says "we are all commanded to keep Sabbath". He says that Sabbath was made to serve, not to rule the man. Therefore, the Son of Man (Jesus and his company) is above it.

So Jesus bended the rules for Him and His disciples yet condemned the Pharisees for breaking the same commandments. Mat 15:1-14. Had Jesus bent the rules He would have been justified in His death and by His accusers who all claimed He broke the Sabbath, when Jesus said He never sinned and kept the commandments.

If you are claiming that "All Scripture is God-breathed" simply means that all Jewish-originated writings used as sacred through history generally taught/teach about salvation right, then I have no problem with that, even though I would not like to be the one trying to find the Christian salvation teachings (the faith in the Resurrection of Christ, His death on the cross etc.) in all of them. It would require a lot of free interpreting, I guess.

What I do have a problem with is claiming that our Bible selection and composition is perfect in "all detail", word-for-word inspired, teaching even science right etc.
I'm not sure where that comes from in regard to the NT.
Whole chapters are different. Books differ in huge portions of texts, for example Jeremiah, Isaiah, when you compare the Masoretic text, the LXX and the Dead Sea Scrolls. The book of Daniel has even two main versions in the Septuagint readings alone, with so many differences that for example the NETS translators simply translated it twice than trying to put all the differences somewhere into notes.

If you want just 3 sentences/verses or something like that, you are thinking too small.
The claim applies to the original manuscripts.
