Disclaimer: my beef is not with the Democratic party, so much as it is with the United States' "election" system:

Nevada Democratic Party asks caucus volunteers to sign confidentiality agreements

In an environment where U.S. Intel is saying Russia wants Americans to distrust the vote...meanwhile, Trump responds by ridiculing the intel, sacking the Intel chief and replacing him with a crony...who then in turn sacks some other intel people...and then you'll soon have Trump supporters coming back and saying, "Oooh, if you don't respect the vote, then you are playing right into Russia's hands...," this is unacceptable. The election process needs to be completely transparent. Maybe not "write your name on the ballot so Trump can retaliate against you" transparent, but the whole path from your ballot, to the ballot counting, to the winner needs to be openly tracked, for all to see. Instead we are seeing the exact opposite. The more the election gets questioned, the more secretive and the weirder it gets.

What's more, the volunteers: what's in it for them?? Why sign an NDA and expose yourself to liability? For nothing?
