Are you a monotheist?

If so, you should know that you capitalize "god" when it is referring to any Member of the Godhead.

Anything else is a false deity/idol and isn't capitalized.

Then why doesn't the auto correct on this site capitalize god, but capitalizes Thor?

I'm not sure if God is capitalized if it is an indirect reference, for example is it "The Hebrew god, YHWH" or "The Hebrew God, YHWH"

That's because Santa Claus is as real as the biblical Jesus.

Or one could capitalize all the word "LORD" or "GOD" for the creator Himself. IMHO
