So when these people, atheists included, are protesting to have people they accuse of war crimes to be hanged (who also happen to be "Islamists"), they get treated like royalty by the government. It's ok for them to call for hangings.

But when the religious Muslims protest to have people accused of blasphemy (a serious crime in Islaam) executed, they're treated to beatings, tear gas, and bullets. It's not ok for them to call for a punishment deserving of the crime they committed in an Islaamic state.

I'm not sure I understand.

The Muslims that the secularists/nationalists are calling for the execution of are part of an Islaamic movement that are active politically (i.e. they've been active in the government). It is believed that the sinister motive in this is to remove Islaam from the constitution even though Muslims are 80% of the country and many (if not most) want Islaamic elements to remain.

Also, as for those "militant" "Islamists", the trial was unfair. Maybe you didn't check the video, but they're calling for the hanging of men because of alleged actions with no proof.
