Christian pastors always refer to atheism as a false religion, and I agree with them 100%.
You must have faith in Atheism to be an Atheist, and religion is 100% about faith. You put your faith in a theory which claims that everything came from nothing, so you put your faith in nothing and we put our faith in the One who owns you and every single speck of dust in the universe.
What theory is that? Certainly not the theory of evolution. You seem to be putting your faith in the lie that the theory of evolution denies the existence of God.

No, creationism seems to be about pushing the lie that unless you agree with them about the Bible you must be an atheist.
There's no other option, you must chose a religion that believes in the God who created everything or the god of nothingness. There's no sitting on the fence, we're all created to worship and as creatures of worship we can't resist the urge to worship something.

The Atheist religion teaches the "big bang theory" where everything came from nothing and nothing caused everything. I personally couldn't imaging anything more pathetic.

Evolution and atheism aren't mutually exclusive.

Indeed.

Jesus said that if He be lifted up, He would draw all men nigh unto Him.

Unfortunately, some draw back ... unto perdition.

Douglas Adams needs to wake up and realize

He died in 2001.

Kind of coincidental, isn't it, that that puddle conformed us to God's likeness and image?

Xenophanes deflated that 'coincidence' thousands of years ago.

But if cattle and horses and lions had hands
or could paint with their hands and create works such as men do,
horses like horses and cattle like cattle
also would depict the gods' shapes and make their bodies
of such a sort as the form they themselves have.
...
Ethiopians say that their gods are snub–nosed and black
Thracians that they are pale and red-haired.

Douglas Adams must think so.

(Actually, I don't think he put much thought into his analogy.)

Actually if you go back to Post #8 and reread the quote you'll find that Adams doesn't mention God. The quote is a parody on the argument known as Fine Tuning.

Okay. So?

Evolution is not atheism.

But the scientific theory of the "Big Bang" teaches no such thing. I find it entirely compatible with my faith in Christ and so did Georges Lemaitre, the Christian who originated it.

No, atheism doesn't teach the Big Bang theory. The Big Bang Theory is part of the science of cosmology.

Remember what I said earlier about creationists not understanding the science they object to? You're proving that out in each post.

I don't see how any Christian could even entertain the idea of the big bang of evolution, as these are Antichrist ideas.
Jesus was a big believer in the Bible, since the Bible is all about Him from cover to cover. Jesus believed in 6 literal days of creation as He is the One who personally created every single atom in the universe.

Perhaps Dan and Xeno are regretting their errors together now?

It's especially ironic, since the Big Bang Theory went against the idea of a Steady State universe and thus actually reinforced the notion that our universe had an origin. It's weird to see creationists object to it.

Christians have debunked science centuries ago. But some still hold onto science as having some validity. science uses the old circular reasoning trick, where they start with a lie and build a straw man out of it.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't think I've ever seen someone try to claim that Christians debunked all of science. That's just a weird thing to say.
