Yep... that's how we see. And, we have this ability to see "photons" of varying intensity... Which is not apparent when looking at the full moon.What you are seeing are the photons that hit your eyes, it doesn't matter where the rest of it goes.
Scripture is clear consistent as to the moon being its own source of light:
Then God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years; (Gen 1:14)
God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also. (Gen 1:16)
I will add that the light the moon produces is in constant motion. That is it is moving from one phase to another.
The shadows can be seen to have moved on my last post #403 just a little but the light being emitted on the m shaped light area has not changed and it will not until that area begins to lessen its light production. Then it will look like the area that is to the left, the circular area that was lit brightly but now on the second photo has lessened its light out put.

What it boils down to is people can not distinguish between reflected light and emitted light. Men of science know this and can use this to their advantage in their deception.
