Sure but most racism is based on bias and stereotypes and that hurts blacks more than other groups.

If so, how does it exist?
Letting brown people pick your vegetable decade after decade but not giving them path to citizenship is systemic racism.
If they come in on a work permit that does not entitle them to citizenship. If they are not legal residents, the people who hired them are criminals and should be prosecuted. The racism is not in the laws.

Have you seen any administration go after businesses who hire illegal immigrants? No , because Republican or Democrat , no matter which administration in power, they don’t want pound of potato at grocery store cost $11, so they look the other way. Americans wants cheap labor – this is in American history, this is how America was built, first it was black slaves in cotton field , then Chinses migrant to build railroad , back then too politician didn’t want to give legal status to chines migrant , and last 40 years it’s the brown people who pick avocado and we don’t want to give them legal status.
So should they bust the employers sos the "brown" people are sent home?Have you seen any administration go after businesses who hire illegal immigrants? That is the definition of systemic racism. You won't get an answer unless you can solidly define the term 'systemic racism'. Some people seem to think that it means that there have to be laws that specifically and explicitly discriminate against certain races.
get them on their feet how?So the conservative way is to make no effort at all to help minority
groups who were long beaten down in America?
No sort of effort to kinda make up for the past, get everyone on their feet?
Equity is not actually a bad word or an evil concept.
Its liberals who discriminate against themDo you feel that the discrimination against Asians in college admissions is
in need of definition?

They tend to commit more crime. Dont you think that explains why they interact with police more?Re: The op
I would be inclined to say yes.
But just as importantly, there are some SIGNIFICANT problems with law enforcement in the US; whether it is a race issue is almost irrelevant because the problems are so significant. And as black folks tend to have more interactions with police, it shouldn't be surprising that a system as broken as it is, will be seen as systemically oppressive by the group that interacts with it the most.
Thats not systemic, there is no law you can point to that is responsible for that. Do you think because they commit more crime that might be why they do more time? That isn't what the studies show. The studies show that all things being equal the results of interactions with the justice system disproportionately favor white people
Young black offenders caught doing the same thing young white offenders (eg selling drugs etc.) will usually have a much worse outcome. Same crime, different justice outcome.
That's systemic racism.
Maybe the black kid had a longer criminal recordFair enough. Accounting for other factors in general when a white kid is stopped for a crime and a black kid is stopped for a crime if the crimes are roughly the same (eg drug selling) the black kid will statistically be more likely to have a worse outcome than a white kid. You can read the studies for the nitty gritty statistical details but that's essentially it. And there isn't just one study that finds this. It is found over and over again.
I don't care to debate against whatever cartoon view of the topic you carry around. That's why I stick with facts and studies and data.
I know how it works. Blacks statistically commit more crimeIt's too bad you don't understand how statistical analyses work.
Instead of looking at the details of why it happens - if it does- it alk goes toThats not systemic, there is no law you can point to that is responsible for that. Do you think because they commit more crime that might be why they do more time?
