Zebulun's Land and Naphtali's Land (on the) road (by the) sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee (of) the gentiles,

ο λαος ο καθημενος εν σκοτει ειδεν φως μεγα και τοις καθημενοις εν χωρα και σκια θανατου φως ανετειλεν αυτοις

the people the sat in darkness saw light great and those sitting in land and shadow death light dawned them

the people, those (that) sat in darkness, saw (a) great light and light dawned on those sitting in (the) land and shadow (of) death.

or:

the people, those that sat in darkness, saw a great light and those sitting in the land and shadow of death, light lifted them.

ἀνέτειλεν: arise, at the rising of, spring up.
From ana and the base of telos; to (cause to) arise -- (a-, make to) rise, at the rising of, spring (up), be up.

απο τοτε ηρξατο ο ιησους κηρυσσειν και λεγειν μετανοειτε ηγγικεν γαρ η βασιλεια των ουρανων

From then began the Iesous preach and say repent near for the kingdom the heaven

From that time, Jesus began (to) preach and said, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven (is) near."

Μετανοεῖτε: repent.
From meta and noieo; to think differently or afterwards, i.e. Reconsider (morally, feel compunction) -- repent.

περιπατων δε παρα την θαλασσαν της γαλιλαιας ειδεν δυο αδελφους σιμωνα τον λεγομενον πετρον και ανδρεαν τον αδελφον αυτου βαλλοντας αμφιβληστρον εις την θαλασσαν ησαν γαρ αλιεις

walking then along the sea the Galilaias saw two brothers Simona the called Petron and Andrean the brother his casting net into the sea were for fishermen

Then (He was) walking along the Sea (of) Galilee, (and He) saw two brothers casting (a) net into the sea, for (they) were fishermen; Simon, the (one) called Peter and Andrew, his brother.

και λεγει αυτοις δευτε οπισω μου και ποιησω υμας αλιεις ανθρωπων

and said them come after me and make you fishers men

And (He) said (to) them, "Come after me and (I will) make you fishers (of) men."

ἁλιεῖς, ἁλιεύς: fisherman.
From hals; a sailor (as engaged on the salt water), i.e. (by implication) a fisher -- fisher(-man).

οι δε ευθεως αφεντες τα δικτυα ηκολουθησαν αυτω

They so immediately left the nets followed Him

So they immediately left the nets (and) followed Him.

Probably from a primary verb diko (to cast); a seine (for fishing) -- net.

ἀμφίβληστρον (from verse 18): net.
From a compound of the base of amphoteros and ballo; a (fishing) net (as thrown about the fish) -- net.

και προβας εκειθεν ειδεν αλλους δυο αδελφους ιακωβον τον του ζεβεδαιου και ιωαννην τον αδελφον αυτου εν τω πλοιω μετα ζεβεδαιου του πατρος αυτων καταρτιζοντας τα δικτυα αυτων και εκαλεσεν αυτους

And proceeding there saw another two brothers Iakobon the the Zebedaiou and Ioannen the brother his in the boat with Zebedaiou the father their preparing the nets their and called them

And proceeding from there, (Jesus) saw another two brothers, James the (son of) Zebedee and John, his brother, in the boat with their father, Zebedee, preparing their nets, and (He) called (to) them.

καταρτίζοντας, καταρτίζω: fit, frame, mend, restore.
From kata and a derivative of artios; to complete thoroughly, i.e. Repair (literally or figuratively) or adjust -- fit, frame, mend, (make) perfect(-ly join together), prepare, restore.

οι δε ευθεως αφεντες το πλοιον και τον πατερα αυτων ηκολουθησαν αυτω

The so immediately left the boat and the father their followed Him

So they immediately left the boat and their father (and) followed Him.

και περιηγεν ολην την γαλιλαιαν ο ιησους διδασκων εν ταις συναγωγαις αυτων και κηρυσσων το ευαγγελιον της βασιλειας και θεραπευων πασαν νοσον και πασαν μαλακιαν εν τω λαω

And led-around all the Galilaian the Iesous teaching in the synagogues their and preaching the gospel the kingdom and healing all diseases and all sickness in the people

And Jesus led (them) around Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel (of) the kingdom, and healing all (of the) diseases and sickness in the people.

περιῆγεν: lead round, go round about
From peri and ago; to take around (as a companion); reflexively, to walk around -- compass, go (round) about, lead about.

και απηλθεν η ακοη αυτου εις ολην την συριαν και προσηνεγκαν αυτω παντας τους κακως εχοντας ποικιλαις νοσοις και βασανοις συνεχομενους και δαιμονιζομενους και σεληνιαζομενους και παραλυτικους και εθεραπευσεν αυτους

And went-out the news Him into all the Surian and brought Him all the sick having various diseases and torments suffering and demon-possessed and lunatics and paralytics and healed them.

And the news (about) Him went out into all (of) Syria and (they) brought Him all the sick (people, those) having various diseases and suffering torments, and (the) demon possessed, and lunatics, and paralytics, and (He) healed them.

κακῶς: κακός bad, evil, harm, ill
Apparently a primary word; worthless (intrinsically, such; whereas poneros properly refers to effects), i.e. (subjectively) depraved, or (objectively) injurious -- bad, evil, harm, ill, noisome, wicked.

Middle voice or passive from a presumed derivative of selene; to be moon-struck, i.e. Crazy -- be a lunatic.

και ηκολουθησαν αυτω οχλοι πολλοι απο της γαλιλαιας και δεκαπολεως και ιεροσολυμων και ιουδαιας και περαν του ιορδανου

And followed Him crowds large from the Galilaias and Dekapoleos and Ierosolumon and Ioudaias and beyond the Iordanou.

And large crowds followed Him from Galilee, and Decapolis, and Jerusalem, and Judea, and (from) beyond the Jordan (River).

πολλοὶ, πολύς: abundant, many, much
Including the forms from the alternate pollos; (singular) much (in any respect) or (plural) many; neuter (singular) as adverbial, largely; neuter (plural) as adverb or noun often, mostly, largely -- abundant, + altogether, common, + far (passed, spent), (+ be of a) great (age, deal, -ly, while), long, many, much, oft(-en (-times)), plenteous, sore, straitly.

Seeing now the crowds went-up into the mountain and sat-down He came Him the disciples His

Now, Seeing the crowds, He went up into the mountain and sat down. His disciples came (to) Him,

μακαριοι οι πτωχοι τω πνευματι οτι αυτων εστιν η βασιλεια των ουρανων

Blessed the poor the spirit since theirs is the kingdom the heaven

The spirit poor (are the) blessed (ones), since the heaven's kingdom is theirs.

Or, Blessed are the poor in spirit, that theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

I changed the translation wording a little from the usual translation of the familiar verse, to get away from the idea of makarioi as a verb, while they are blessed by God, they are the people who are blessed by God.

μακάριοι: Adjective, nominal plural,
from μακάριος, makarios: blessed, happy.
A prolonged form of the poetical makar (meaning happy); supremely blest; by extension, fortunate, well off. . .

Blessed the mourning since they comforted

The (people that are) mourning (are the) blessed (ones), since they (will be) comforted.

παρακληθήσονται, παρακαλέω:
beseech, call for, urge

μακαριοι οι πραεις οτι αυτοι κληρονομησουσιν την γην

Blessed the meek that they inherit the earth

The meek (are the) blessed, since they (will) inherit the earth.

κληρονομήσουσιν (they will inherit), κληρονομέω (I inherit):

Verbs ending in σιν (sin) are "they" verbs, "They inherit."
Verbs ending in ω (long O) are "I" verbs, "I inherit."

Blessed the hunger and thirst the righteousness that they fed

Blessed the clean the heart since they the God will-see

Those with a clean heart are the blessed, since they will see God.

καθαρός: clean, pure, spotless;
In a moral sense - free from offense;
Pure, bright, clear - hence genuine, true;
Perfect, complete, effective;

μακαριοι οι ειρηνοποιοι οτι αυτοι υιοι θεου κληθησονται

Blessed the peace-makers that they sons God called

The peace-makers are the blessed, since they will be called Sons of God.

υἱοὶ: sons, later, the plural was often periphr., iatron uieis, retoron uieis sons of physicians, sons of orators, i.e. physicians, orators themselves; so in Homer, uies Achaion for Achaioi.

uies Achaion means sons of Achaia, Achaioi means Achaians.

I'm not giving the theology of this verse, just what I believe the translation is.
