That can be easily rephrased as "Well, seeing as how I'm a Linux user and I know that Linux users have no problems". Which coming from an software developer, that is complete nonsense.

At some point some folks decided that bleating the name of a logical fallacy was all they needed to do as if somehow posting, "AD-HOMINEM" or "Strawman!" was a smack down for an argument.
