My belief is, the sun and moon are both convex disk that face down to the earth some thousands of miles up in the raqia. As they move in their course from coming into sight in the morning to going out of sight in the evening they pass out of a persons line of visual sight ability. In other words people can only see so far. The sun (or moon) as the lights move away from the observer. They move down (only visually) closer to a person eye's horizon line, eventually moving out of sight as the sun and moon move further away from the person.

My belief is, the sun and moon are both convex disk that face down to the earth some thousands of miles up in the raqia. As they move in their course from coming into sight in the morning to going out of sight in the evening they pass out of a persons line of visual sight ability. In other words people can only see so far. The sun (or moon) as the lights move away from the observer. They move down (only visually) closer to a person eye's horizon line, eventually moving out of sight as the sun and moon move further away from the person.

That God created the sun and set it in the dome of the sky to give light on the earth,

The sky doesn't have a "dome".

Bible is not God. Bible was written by men, with their vocabulary and cultural references. Its inspired theologically, not scientifically.

The author of Genesis is not God. The author is traditionally Moses, but it was composed of various very old sources.

Yes it is, you believe that scientist have stated, they have sent a craft out in space and this craft sent images back of all sides of the sun.

There is nothing different from you posting a link to a website of images that you believe are real.

The Bible does not have to be God to state creation truths from God. God is a perfect communicator, if you must because of science, make excuses for the creation descriptions. That is your prerogative, but it is not mine. I believe The Bible's creation account in The Bible as given by God and inspired recorded by man. Science will never cause me to doubt The Bibles creation accounts or try to make The Bible agree with science.
