Is believing in Jesus enough to be saved?
Is believing in Jesus enough to be saved?
Yes. If you believe in all basic things about Him. Not sure what all you mean by "believing in Jesus"Is believing in Jesus enough to be saved?
No. Even the demons believe, and they shudder in dear.
You must believe by doing. To not only being an hearer of the Word but a doer. Repent, change your ways, follow Him and the way He walked and you will be saved.

Believing His words about Himself - that He came from God, that He is the God's only eternal Son, beliveing that He died for our sins and was resurrected.Just believing that He is, I guess.
What would "believing in Jesus" mean?
Simply put no believing in Jesus is not enough to be saved. Belief in God and truly knowing and having faith in who he is are two completely different things. For example Satan and the demonic believe in Jesus but they choose not to follow him. There are people out there who believe in Jesus but choose not to follow him either. Becoming saved is as follows:Is believing in Jesus enough to be saved?
But it did not make her saved.Believe and do, just as Christ did not merely forgive the adulterous woman, but told her to go forth and sin no more.
Jesus did not die for demons, so their faith in Him is not salvic.
Even so, some historians believe in Him and that He was not mad, and even some orthodox Jews are startimg to concede He was a ptoohet. Do you think this alone will save them?
But it did not make her saved.
Only faith in Christ could make her saved.
Biblically, you must only believe and your belief should be visible in your life.Of course. My point is that it's not an either/or situation; it's both/and. You must believe in Christ, and you must also strive to live accordingly.
