It takes time to grow, but God is patient and so we must be patient too. I use to be where you are, i was very frustrated, but somehow i learned to lean on God, in all my weakness, anxiety and fear. We must persevere. May i recommend trying to lean on the Lord, with or without words. Let your heart do the talking. Share your pain with Him and cast your frustration out of your mind. Persevere sister. Be patient. Be still, and wait on God.

Far Side, your not too far from God. He loves you. He's Omnipotent and Omnipresent. He is everywhere, not just in Heaven. It seems to me that God wants you to know something. He wants you to know that the God who created all things Good and Righteous, the Almighty One True God who is Sovereign over all, wants to Be that friend you need. And he's the only friend you can truly ever trust and rely on.

Sometimes it seems like God is on the Far Side of the universe. And that he doesn't care, but he only allows things to happen to build your Faith and Love in him. Everything that the devil uses to hurt us, God always brings Glory out of.

First of all are those friends that you talked about Christians? God says that we shouldn't fellowship with Non Christians because that we are unequally yoke, our friendship, or whatever relationship we try to establish will never work out, ever, because the world, and the subsequent people of it, will never understand God, if they don't try to.

After all my years of living I've only made two close friends in this world, ever. And as long as we had things in common it was good, we had fun, and we spent time together. But it was pointless, as soon as I realized I needed God's intervention in my life, and God told me I had to give up my worldly things, and I did, they didn't have anything in common with me anymore, and finally God told me to "Let them be" and I cut them off from me and my life.

I gave up a lot of things and it was hard for me, but it was worth it. My only true friend is and only will be Jesus the Almighty Christ. I love him and he loves me.

And to address God not speaking to you, have you ever considered being a real friend to him? Not just asking him for stuff, but just talking to him, and listening to him. If you listen to him he'll listen to you.

God, behind all of his power, is a person too. He has feelings and emotions too. He doesn't want you to forget him. And he will NEVER forget you.

Just remember this, The God who put where you are, is the same God who will take you through it.

The pain you hide, the sorrow behind your smile, and everything hidden from others, cannot and will not be hidden from God, The Almighty God, who knows all, and sees all, For God, in seeing all, knows all pain, so worry not, neither fret thyself envious of those who seem to have more than you, because God sees all, and Knows all, and what you cannot see in Public, God sees in secret, and that those that have much worldly treasures, are filled with Emptiness and Nothingness, and Heartache just the same. I feel the same because I refuse to believe in a god that's all powerful and just watches people, get hurt and go crazy. Why make someone that can't enjoy a quality life who's mind will only deteriorate? Why?
I remember watching a lisaling episode about faith healing...and this man that was in a wheel chair( he had 2 accidents starting when he was 18 and it paralyzed him and he stays in a wheelchair) god told him he would heal him...but when they tried to heal him..they couldn't...and it was the saddest thing I saw. Why couldn't god heal him and make him walk like he promised him? Did he not have enough faith?

And it doesn't make me happy that it wasn't me, because no one knows what life holds it could be me... Down the line .... Its just like wow.

I just wonder how God decides in his mind to heal some and not others, do for some and not others...

I developed schizophrenia in 2014, totaled my favorite car, and was fired from the best paying job I've had due to my mental illness. I've lived with my parents ever since. Despite my own issues, I have no intention of giving up on God. You have to think about what it means for you if you do. You would only be hurting yourself by doing so. I know it's difficult, but for your own sake, please keep pushing forward.

Your response is appropriate, but the post you responded to is from someone who embraces a "Oneness" doctrine or "Jesus only" doctrine . Such Christians do not believe in the Trinity doctrine, and therefore, baptizing in "The name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit" is considered some sort of acknowledging a plural deity rather than the one God. This person was suggesting that you should be Baptized in the name of Jesus.

I am not supporting this view but just providing information.

One of very simple things we are taught as Christians is that everything has a reason. If you need Faith, be obedient to God, once you are obedient to him Faith and Belief Comes naturally. Also, why does no one read the posts that God gives me to write? God wants you to know it! It may be long but God wants you to read it. W2L, You know what I'm talking about right? You liked one of them, and was a part of the Conversation "I Corinthians 1:10" and "Mary."

Yeah ...I just need a very long break from God. He's been one of the biggest disappointments in my life thus far... I just need a break.
