In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

what a wonderful Day. I feel so much better being smoke free. I wish I never went back to such a filthy habit. . Ty doc and ummm bella ( had to scroll back) Sooo glad we have this forum to fwellowship and I did get carried away the other day with trust and obey but does life always have to be totally serious? hmmm Be restful brothers and sisters and may the Holy spirit calm the fires that burn in us all. AMEN...

I can relate to that feeling and experience of being "smoke free" because I smoked two packs a day for atleast 15 years. I "quit" several times before it was permanent.

I may have had to miss church again, but He blessed my area with wonderful weather so I was able to sit outside for a few hours and read a Christian book, spending time with Him. :)

My Sabbath got hijacked this week by some really bad happenings. :(

I had to do some things I normally wouldn't.

It's funny because people think Sabbath-keepers are so legalistic, but once you get into a routine that's all about God, the things you give up never even come to mind anymore (at least for me). So when I had to do some of them, I felt it.

Thankfully I'm home with the boys safe and sound now though. Last night at midnight I wasn't so sure if we were EVER going to get home.

I received a book in the mail and it's been a blessing!
