We are seeing cold weather too down here, I had to get my heavy jacket out as it went below the 70s here in S Florida....

The week is at a close
The Sabbath is upon this home
I never knew what the rest was all about
until we lived at our mountain cabin
I would've worked myself into the ground without
that day of rest
Worked 24/7 building our place
Winter was coming
Winter was always coming up there
Learned replenishing strength in mind, body, and spirit
gave me more energy than any caffeine
And 18/6 was even more productive than 24/7
Down here in town, it's not so pressing
But laying down the rigors of the week
has become more essential than any deemed necessity
