Congress heard horrifying testimony Tuesday about a network of assassins associated with Mexican cartels and operating in the U.S.
Mike Boudreaux, sheriff of Tulare County in California, said his agency recently dismantled the Sinaloa Cartel’s operations in his area, and part of that was the arrest of a self-admitted cartel hitman who claimed more than 25 kills in the state.

“He was responsible for certain areas of California and there were many other assassins assigned by cartels in California, throughout California, that were responsible for those areas,” the sheriff testified.

He also said in the course of his investigation, which targeted some 50 cartel associates, he was told that smuggling people, drugs and guns across the border is “easier now than in the history of their cartel.”

Trump has indicated that he could declare a national emergency and use military assets to carry out mass deportations. The Biden administration, however, is taking steps to make Trump's plans for the border more difficult. The Biden Department of Homeland Security is launching an ICE Portal app in December that will allow migrants to skip their in-person check-ins at an ICE office and instead check in with immigration officials via an app on a phone or computer, according to reporting by The New York Post.

The app reportedly has severe glitching issues and does not track a migrant's location if he or she is using an Android phone or laptop.

Further, the app does not check migrants for past arrests or outstanding warrants and allows them to opt out of or contest government orders to undergo electronic tracking.

It will be OK. Trump will deploy the military, and get control of the border, very soon. Biden didn't need the Senate to get control of the border. Funny how an outsider can step in, and be smarter on how to get things done, than a career politician.
