Last time I looked foundation also means an underlying principle. And moved can be figurative too, like I shall not be moved. Nothing there that says level and stationary.

Also verse 3 of this Psalm says:

“Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:” KJV

Where are the “beams” of God’s “chambers”? What waters are they in?

And the last time I saw a chariot it had wheels. I don’t see clouds with wheels. Nor do I see God riding around on the clouds, wheels spinning around as He travels across the sky.

And what about the wings of the wind? I haven’t seen them either. Nor God walking on them.

Guess what? It’s all figurative, just like verse 5 is figurative.
