No doubt with the same zeal as the Supreme Court leaker who leaked the memo about how they were planning to vote on Roe V Wade. It's certainly been long enough, but it seems that they've buried their efforts on that to focus on----TRUMP!

That investigation is in the purview of SCOTUS itself. The Chief Justice ordered the court's Marshal to investigate. We don't have any news on what, if anything, they have learned or done.

There is some reporting that Trump was particular about the packing of some material/boxes, but we don't know for sure.

However, that is irrelevant because it is the retention without authorization, not the removal from the premises is the criminal act in question.

I think the standard on the retention is "willful retention" (or maybe it was "knowing", don't recall exactly). Trump seems to keep making statements that fulfill these every day or so.

Yes, due to his personal items like passport etc, being mixed in. If he didn't pack them, he went thru them later and was well aware.
