If evolution was found to be debunked and positively false and all the humans on the earth accepted the YEC. Whether it is right or wrong, true or false, myth or divine fact and that the scriptures in Genesis are literal.

How would this harm the human race, society, the well being of the world?

It would certainly cause issues in the academic and scientific communities; theories on biology, palaeontology, molecular biology, genetics, anthropology, etc would all have to be rewritten. Supporting sciences of astronomy, geology, etc would have to be cleaned out and redone to accommodate a young cosmos.

If prayer was found to work, science would go out the window, as no results could be trusted, as one could never be sure if the experiment was successful, or the results of divine meddling.

If the world worked as described in the bible, it would be a very strange place indeed.

If you want me to answer it, I will. If the theory of evolution were falsified, then biologists would have no explanation for the diversity and distribution of life on earth. We would have to find a new hypothesis to test and develop a new theory.

Are you saying that there are no biologists out there that are believers of the YEC view? That outside of the TOE there is no explanation whatsoever?

Now what harm would it do if YEC were universally accepted in its place, instead of a new scientific theory? This would mean that the science of biology would stagnate and intelligent inquiry into the diversity and distribution of life would be prevented. This would have serious consequences for vaccine and pesticide research, as well as environmental conservation. The effects of global warming could not be predicted for population studies and man-caused extinction could not be midigated.

Again, is there no scientist in any faction or dicipline that is a solid believer in the view of YEC? All of this work would just hault, and go into utter confusion?

Worse still, students learning in class would not understand what scientific inquiry is. If some one says that their interpretation of the bible explains the diversity and distribution of life on earth, and how old the earth is, then what is the point of scientific research? Afterall, scientific research does not support YEC, yet it is correct anyway.

IF evolution was false, there would be no reason to hide all the data that contradicts it or blackball the scientists that don't cow tow to it's college of bullying "intellectuals".

YECs are closed minded because they will only consider their own interpretation of religious dogma and nothing else. They may come here and ask for evidence for evolution or deep time, but they don't care about it in the least. They were not originally convinced by evidence and will not be un-convinced by evidence. Period.

Again with the "evidence card" The evidence is there, however, the data being presented by hard core TOE intellectuals is thrust at the world and the world is bullied if they question it. The subtle proof of the existence of God is overpowered by the lie Satan has created as a smoke screen to the truth. The people who consider themselves as intellectual heavy weights are the ones sucked in to this lie the strongest.

Hard fast in your face evidence for Christ, creation, God and ID will never be found. That is not the design. You are to be saved, first, by faith. If you cannot take the word of God and the simple examples of His presence as enough... then you will not enjoy the vision of the real truth.

Yes, the entire scientific community bows to the whim of Charles Dawkins. Even people in fields he has nothing to do with.

Dawkins is a famous atheist and speaker, but it's not like he has any real sway in the community. I don't think he even does research anymore.

Any data, archeological finds, astrological discoveries, biological queries, anomalies of physics, or geological evidence that sheds even a shadow of a doubt on this coveted belief will be hidden, destroyed, explained away, or covered up and the person who presented it will be bullied, discredited, condescended and shamed for ever taking the first step in the process of shedding light on the farce that evolution is.

Because, it is the plan of Satan himself to deceive and blind the humans of this earth and never let them see the real truth. Satan hates humans because God loves us. He challenged God and lost. As a result, he will harm as many of God's precious humans and lead them to their eternal demise in any way he can. What better way than having the earthly human view of "there is no God" as the dominant belief. If the one and only alternative to a divine creator and intelligent designer, is removed, then Occam's razor slices like a two edged sword and the great dynasty of "emperical science" crumbles.

This would result in the need to report to a Supreme being to answer for and explain the actions of our time on earth.

God, in His infinite wisdom and love spares us from that ever happening by REVEALING Himself slowly to us erring humans so as we begin to see more and more of Him, and His infinite wisdom He will give us answers to give to inquisitive minds like yours. Only by studying God's word can one expect to receive God's infinite wisdom little by little. Those who fight against studying God's word have no idea what I am talking about, but those, like Jane who just joined know very well what revelation from God means.

Problem is, not all people are meant to be cured of there disease or have their problems removed.

You can pray, God will answer. If I get cancer and all my friends and relatives pray for me, God still may say no and call me home.

Prayer must always be concluded with the acceptance that God's will be done.
