Have you heard the latest Trump fiasco ? The immigration ban ? In a report aired on NBC News yesterday, a Christian Syrian family of four entering America as asylum seekers were ceased at a Philadelphia airport and placed on a plane returning to Syria.

Technically under immigration law they were "deported" and can not apply to reenter the Unites States for five years. Although all immigration from Syria has been placed on hold indefinitely by Trump's executive order. In all likelihood, they'll all be dead by then.

This Christian family spent twelve months applying for asylum and being vetted by the U.S. government.. and now they face certain persecution or death in Syria.

May God forgive us and have mercy on our souls.

I hope that mistake can/will be corrected.

As a non American, I shouldn't comment on your affairs, but I have to say I agree with sending those people back.
People should normally stay in their own nations, this is scriptural; God divided the peoples. Genesis 11:9 Those Christians are needed in Syria, to do what we are all called to do; be a Light and a witness. They possibly have skills, desperately needed there, does America, or New Zealand too, need more doctors or architects?

Arab Christians in Iraq and Syria have faced "extermination" under ISIS. International Aid Organizations and the U.N. have documented mass executions and mass grave sites, kidnappings of women and children, slavery, robbery, rapes, torture and individual execution of Arab Christians by crucifixion and beheadings carried out publicly by Islamist extremists.

Beheadings and immolation (death by fire) have been filmed by so called "independent journalists" known as "white helmets" (who are actually Jihadist propagandists). A white helmet (journalist ?) recently filmed someone being burned alive in a cage, and a Christian boy having his head sawed off bent over the tailgate of a pick-up truck. Does that sound like legitimate journalism to you ?

Christians fleeing Syria and the many internment camps set up throughout the Middle East and Southern Europe are not "economic" refugees.. They are by definition of International law and the laws of the U.N. "asylum" seekers trying to escape "religious" persecution.

In the best of circumstances, sending them back to these countries results in permanent confinement in "camps" where they face malnutrition, disease, brutality and exposure to winter conditions with inadequate shelter. In the worst case scenario, they will fall into the hands of Islamist extremists who have infiltrated these refugee camps, or ISIS fighters still roaming the countryside of Syria and Iraq. Either way, they're probably looking at a death sentence.

I seriously doubt any Arab Christians in these internment camps are currently practicing their professions as architects, engineers, educators, or doctors. How could they under those conditions ? They would be signing their own death warrant. Do you think the Islamist extremists in the camps are going to allow a Christian doctor to treat anyone ?!

Jordan just recently "fenced off" the refugee camp on their border citing "overwhelming" evidence ISIS extremists have infiltrated the camp in large numbers.

The Jordan government (to their credit) still delivers food and water to the refugees on the other side of the fence, and allows foreign aid organizations to do the same thing.

I'm not saying countries do not have the right to protect themselves through immigration bans, or control their borders. My beef is where legitimate asylum seekers suffering religious persecution are made subject to those laws as constituting a threat.

Mat 10:23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

Jesus said they should flee.

THANKYOU.

Jesus said as well, "Inasmuch as you have done it to the least of these, my brethren, you have also done it to me" (Matthew 25:40).

By sending Arab Christians to their death and into persecution, we are not just killing innocent and harmless people, we are crucifying the Lord Jesus Christ anew.

WARS AND RUMORS OF WAR

On Sunday January 30, 2017 IRAN test launched a medium range ballistic missile in clear violation of UN Resolutions and The Iran Nuclear Deal.

In a rare public appearance National Security Advisor Michael Flynn announces in a surprise Whitehouse briefing held on Wednesday, the United States "will not tolerate any further violations of UN Resolutions by Iran". Is Trump prepared to take military action against Iran ? Will Trump "green light" Israel to attack Iran ? What exactly does Flynn's tight lipped, confrontational statement mean ?

In other news, seven Ukrainian soldiers were killed and fourteen wounded by Russian separatists on Sunday as a new offensive in the Ukraine civil war unfolds (MSNBC News). Apparently Putin is prepared to test President Trump's resolve as well.

General Mattis and Rex Tillerson had better "lace up their running shoes" and get moving fast !

BTW. "Welcome to the Apocalypse"!

Wars And Rumors of War

On January 30 Iranian backed Houthi rebels fired an anti-ship missile and succeeded hitting a Saudi frigate in the Red Sea. Two sailors on the Saudi frigate were killed and several others wounded. (Reuters News Service, Amman Jordan).

In a story widely suppressed in the American news media, Iran is escalating military actions against Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries cooperating with the United States. In the meantime, Trump continues to threaten reestablishing sanctions against Iran that were lifted due to the Iran Nuclear Deal.

In an interview on Thursday, when Trump was asked if military action against Iran might be imminent due to Iran's ballistic missile test and attacks against U.S. and Saudi naval vessels, he replied "No options are off the table".

The Supreme Leader of Iran (Khomeni) responded on Thursday declaring "The United States will find military threats against Iran useless".

Only weeks into the Trump presidency, relations between Iran and the U.S. are rapidly devolving into open hostility. The real shooting war is about to begin !

In Other Related News

Trump continues to alienate U.S. allies on Thursday repeating his ongoing threat to Germany and other European countries the U.S. will scale back military support for NATO if European countries do not start paying their fair share for NATO forces.

In an extremely unusual departure from traditional diplomacy Trump also tweeted on Thursday his telephone conversation with Australia's PM was the "Worst I've had so far with any foreign leader" !..

The loss of Australia's support and the support of Asian nations angered by Trump's with drawl from the TPP Trade Agreement could have disastrous implications for any future military confrontation between the U.S. and China over the South China Sea dispute.

And why was Iraq included in the seven country Middle Eastern travel ban by Trump ? This week the Iraqi general in charge of the Mosul operation was refused entry into the United States to meet with the Secretary of Defense. Iraqi officials are hopping mad. Don't we need Iraq to defeat ISIS in Mosul ???

Why is Trump going after Iran ? Isn't Iran supposed to be "allied" with the United States in its' War on Terror against ISIS in Iraq ?

Alienating allies while at the same time threatening enemies is what I call "Stupid on stupid"!..

Despite the scaremongering of the leaders and hyper tactics of the media, I don't see anyone making a final step to trigger war yet awhile. That thought is just too frightening for anyone.
Keep in mind Pauls prophecy in 1 Thessalonians 5:3 While they are saying: All is peaceful, all secure. THEN sudden destruction is upon them.....and there will be no escape.
So there will be a time, maybe soon, when a [seemingly] lasting settlement will be reached in the Middle East. But we know the Islamic code of al-takkiya, where they are allowed - encouraged, to lie to their enemies and make treaties to be broken when it suits them.
There will come a 'sudden destruction from the Lord', Ezekiel 33:33; it will change the world. Wait for the Day! Zephaniah 3:8

You mean except for the civil war in the Ukraine and horrific civil war in Syria, and the War Against Terror that has been going on for the last 15 years in Afghanistan, Iraq and Yemen, don't you ? Lol.

Not to mention Russia's recent military escalation in the Ukraine this past week, The South China Sea dispute leading up to a military confrontation, North Korea's nuclear program nearing completion in 2017, A nuclear arms race in the Middle East, Iran's testing a ballistic missile this week, while attacking and harassing naval vessels in the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf.

Then there is the matter of having a complete "lunatic" as the President of the United States that also has to be considered.

Naw ! None of that is likely to trigger a war ! (Seriously ?) With the Old World Order falling apart, Israel declaring the era of the Palestinian State is at an end and all the other ongoing and imminent conflicts around the world.. I have to say your prediction of world "Peace" is a bit overly optimistic !

I'm afraid the "relative" period of "world peace" you refer to in Bible Prophecy has already come and gone in the last seventy years since the end of the Second World War. Now "Destruction is coming suddenly, and none shall escape". That's the reality of what is coming next.

There have been lies told by certain world leaders this week, but not by European leaders warning the World Order is collapsing and War in Europe is imminent, warning their populations to start stockpiling food and water.

The lying world leaders I am referring to are Donald Trump and Netanyahu.
To begin with, there is no UN Resolution prohibiting Iran from developing, or testing ballistic missiles. The 2015 UN Resolution regarding Iran's missile program only recommends Iran refrain from ballistic missile tests. Same goes for the Iran Nuclear Deal, it only recommends Iran does not pursue ballistic missile technology.

Trump is acting unilaterally by imposing further sanctions on Iran because of its' ballistic missile tests. An emergency UN Security Council meeting was convened on Tuesday last week over Iran's missile tests, and only resulted in a Resolution to study the situation. There is no consensus in either the E.U. or the U.N. to impose further sanctions on Iran (despite what Trump might say to the contrary).

Second. Contrary to what the Whitehouse Press Secretary and Trump have publicly stated, Iran has not fired on any U.S. Navy ships. The vessel hit with a missile in the Red Sea earlier this week was a Saudi Frigate.

Iran did board and cspture a U.S. navy small boat and it's crew in 2016 claiming it entered Iran's territorial waters, and Iranian patrol boats have recently closed aggressively and dangerously with U.S. destroyers in the Persian Gulf, but so far no shots have been fired. Nor would it be much of a battle between a destroyer and an Iranian patrol boat anyway.

Netanyahu's lie this week concerns the dismantling of an Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Although the settlers were displaced, they are actually being relocated to a new settlement in the West Bank, instead of being forced to return to Israel.

Also Netanyahu's overtures for a Peace Conference on Palestine are only "window dressing". He has openly declared with the Trump presidency, "there will be no Palestinian State". Furthermore, there is no one to negotiate with. No Arab country has shown any interest at all in a Middle East Peace process with Israel, as long as half a million Israelis continue to occupy illegal settlements in the West Bank, and Abbas (The Palestinian President) has hitched his wagon to Hamas and rebuffed any negotiations with Netanyahu.

So the question is, who exactly is Netanyahu suggesting he negotiates a Peace Settlement with ? Trump ? LOL. I wonder what kind of Peace agreement those two are likely to come up with ?!

That pretty much covers the "alternative" facts offered this week by Trump and BB Netanyahu.

RUMORS OF WAR!

Russian embassy in Damascus shelled twice, no one hurt - statement
Reuters|Published: 03.02.17 , 19:27

MOSCOW -- The Russian embassy in the Syrian capital of Damascus was shelled on Thursday and Friday but no one was hurt, Russia's foreign ministry said in a statement.

It said one of the shells hit the space between an office and residential housing, and another exploded 20 metres away from the entrance. Russia will continue its "uncompromising fight with terrorists in Syria", the ministry said.

Situation normal. And has been worse in the past: WW1 & WW2 for example!
Then there is the matter of having a complete "lunatic" as the President of the United States that also has to be considered.
Really? It seems to me that Trump will do better for America, than Obama ever did. However this may mean some withdrawal from your Global policeman role, which will encourage the likes of Iran. Whatever; what is prophesied for these end times, will soon take place. Look forward to it and hasten it on; 2 Peter 3:12

Actually no. In recent history, there's nothing typical, or normal about wars dragging on decade after decade, unless you go way back to the wars of the Middle Ages. Modern wars are typically short lived affairs.

World War I and II are cases in point ! Thank you for bringing them up. They were relatively short (albeit it expansive), conflicts lasting only four years (maybe six years according to some historians,. depending on how you select a starting date). Some claim for instance WWII began in the aftermath of the Spanish Civil War in 1939, making WWII six years in length.

Biblically speaking we know the last World War will only encompass a three and a half year period called the "Great Tribulation".. which will be a record breaking short conflict compared to the previous two World Wars.

BTW. Iran test launched another ballistic missile on Saturday as a direct response to Trump's threats "according to an official Iranian statement" released on the same day (Associated Press News).
