Donald Trump Signs Law to End Rape Kit Testing Backlog

I think this is a good law to sign and will help solve a very important problem.

It's a good law, but I think it's worth pointing out that it's a reauthorization of a bill that already existed. But I'm glad this didn't become a partisan issue and almost everybody in congress backed it.
