And it appears Wisconsinites have differing opinions, as illustrated by the fact that you and I disagree on just about everything.

I'm a Wisconsinite too and actually I mearly like Ann Coulter, I don't love her. I also like to have fun with people who hate her because, well my God, if what Ann Coulter says will get you this riled up, I'm more than happy to oblige. The fact is, half of what she says is what most of us already believe.

Hate doesn't have to be fear. But I will admit I am afraid. I'm afraid people will believe her lies. I am afraid she will convince people that being liberal is treasonous. I am afraid that she will so distort the political discussion in this country that we may never get around to discussing real issues like health care and the environment (which Ann believes should be "raped"). She stands for everything I am against. Which, by itself, would be fine. But she is dishonest. And this type if intellectual dishonesty needs to be challenged.

Look, I personally feel about Michael Moore (more for villifying our troops, than President Bush in Fahrenheit) what the libs feel for Ann Coulter, but I DO try see another side of them, if possible, and not condemn them to heck for expressing their opinions. It's a FREE country, right?

For example, I admitted on another thread that I found Michael Moore's interview with Barbara Walters a few weeks ago quite refreshing, actually. *gasp!* He was completely candid & admitted that John Kerry was a terrible choice to run against President Bush. She also presented to him that most Americans thought the election boiled down to "Michael Moore vs. Mel Gibson". He paused, chuckled, & replied, "Well, Barbara...GOD is always going to win that one". Um, ya better believe it, buddy! LOL!

You can't tell me that Ann Coulter has never shown any vulnerability like that at ALL??? That's not reality.
