I have her books: The Great Controversy and Patriarchs and Prophets.
Basically, she does what I do, that is: write out and explain the Prophetic Word. However as she wrote circa 1898, it was impossible for her to have full understanding, as for her, the end times were at least 100+ years away. Daniel 12:9

This is from the estate of Ellen G. White.

It reveals the history of the Millerites and SDA.

William Miller had been a Baptist who studied the Book of Daniel and decided Jesus was to return on October 22, 1844. (It reminds me of something about "Blood Moons".) He later admitted he was wrong after the members of his church were disappointed.
However, a few of his followers decided something must have happened on that day and thus was born the SDA.

At one time they taught the "door was shut" on salvation.
However, they later changed this viewpoint.
