This topic is a legit theological discussion. If you dont wish to discusss it, but would instead wish to shut down this discussion, then its you who dont believe it.This is very true.....yet you dont really believe it. If you did, this thread would not exist.....you would not be judging ones treasure by the amount of money and the size of their house.
No, God blesses us too but our treasure is worth more than Gold and precious stones. Remember the church of acts 4, where the rich sold their lands and gave to the poor? This is why, look hereDid he not Bless Job? Are you saying that God changes? What he did in the past, He cant do now and in the future?
No it doesnt state that. Get real, no scripture says that God is going to make us all rich in worldly wealth.Because that's what scripture states. That's also what scripture states. I don't. The two are not mutually exclusive.

2 Corinthians 8:14 but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may supply their lack, that their abundance also may supply your lack—that there may be equality. 15 As it is written, “He who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack.”[
Scripture states to ask and you shall receive. God wont make you something you dont want to be, and wont give you anything you dont ask for. God has no limits, no matter how many limits man tries to place on Him. He is Great! and He can do all things.....and I can do All things through Christ which Strengthens me.No it doesnt state that. Get real, no scripture says that God is going to make us all rich in worldly wealth.
Those words are also used in Revelation concerning OC Jerusalem and it's corrupt religious rulers:1 Timothy 6:9 But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.
Any thoughts on this scripture?
God wont make you something you dont want to be
and wont give you anything you dont ask for
Continue telling people what God cant and wont do, but just know that it is your own doctrine.
He is Great! and He can do all things.....and I can do All things through Christ which Strengthens me.
Listen, im just discussing scripture. May i suggest you stop thinking about what im doing? If the treasure you have is worth more than Gold and stones......why are you thinking about the gold that others have? Shouldnt you be grateful that you have something greater?
I think this is the issue.....Have you entered the Church of Acts? Do you still feel that you lack something? Are you still holding unto something that prevents you from entering the Church?
Do you feel that having wealth on earth prevents you from having treasures in Heaven? Are all the children of the rich, doomed to hell because of the situation they were born into?
Again, God only gives what is according to his will, and thats food and clothing, not riches.Scripture states to ask and you shall receive. God wont make you something you dont want to be, and wont give you anything you dont ask for. God has no limits, no matter how many limits man tries to place on Him. Thanks little lamb. Those words are also used in Revelation concerning OC Jerusalem and it's corrupt religious rulers:

The exact word in John 8:44 is used 9 times in NT, 8 of those in the Epistles. The exact word form used in Reve 18:14 is used 13 times, 1 time in Revelation.
John 8:44 Ye out of a father, the Devil are and the desires/lusts/epi-qumiaV <1939> of the father of ye, ye are willing to be doing.
Reve 18:14 `And the fruition of the desire/lust/epi-qumiaV <1939> of the soul of thee, departed from thee. And all the sumptious-things and shinings perished from thee. And not still not no shall be finding them.
The Destruction of Jerusalem - George Peter Holford, 1805AD
"I consider the Prophecy relative to the destruction of the Jewish nation,
if there were nothing else to support Christianity, as absolutely irresistible."
(Mr. Erskine's Speech, at the Trial of Williams, for publishing Paine's Age of Reason)
Then there is the word "perdition" which is used in Reve 17:8, 11
Son of perdition - Wikipedia
In 2 Thessalonians 2:3, Paul referred to "the son of perdition".
Jhn 17:12
While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; G684 that the scripture might be fulfilled.
2 Thessalonians 2:3
"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"
2Pe 3:7
But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
Rev 17:
8 “The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition...........
11 “The beast that was, and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition.
Really? You guys are saying God gives us riches. Are those scriptures you guys keep misquoting not for everyone? And no one here stated as much. Just because God doesn't bless "us all" in a particular way doesn't mean He doesn't bless anyone in that way.
Why would he bless one person with money but not another? The truth is that God doesn't give wealth, he instead gives treasure in heaven. And? Where in scripture does it say God blessed everyone in the exact same way?
I don't think that's always true. Moses didn't want to ask pharaoh to let Israel go, and Jonah did not want to go to Ninevah
You do ask for them....You just don't understand who because you don't know how to ask.I don't think this is always true either. I don't ever ask for trials and suffering, but God gives us those things to bring us closer to him.
Isn't that what you kinda just did?
Amen! absolutely agree!
God decides what His will is, not you. You don't have to power or authority to tell all people what is and isn't his will.....nor can you say this or that will never be His will.Again, God only gives what is according to his will, and thats food and clothing, not riches.
