You are one hopelessly confused dude that can't differentiate fact from fiction.

Then I'm sure you'll be more than happy to show me their entrance point into the Sinai desert.

Assuming you can.

Ignoring the parting of the Red Sea which may be allegory, why on earth would the Israelites pick such a convoluted route to reach the promised land?

It is well documented why they did it.

Or will you say that "may be allegory" as well?

The shortest route is via the "Way of Horus" which avoids the Red Sea altogether.

Their entry point into the wilderness is well documented.

Exodus 14:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baalzephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea.
3 For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in.
4 And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD. And they did so.

Was it a "natural thing to do" to die for what you wrote, when all you had to do was admit you fabricated the story?

Actually, the willingness to die for one's beliefs is quite common. Suicide bombers and self immolation being but two present day examples. But out of curiosity, do you have biblical examples of people dying for what they wrote?

Your confusion continues unabated, perhaps you missed my point that any invading army or trade route would be along the coast, so why didn't the Israelites follow the same route?

The book Alice in Wonderland is also well documented but don't expect me to take it literally.

So now you're invoking the Arab Phone Game to dilute the word of God?
I'm only understanding human nature in how stories are embellished as they are passed from one person to another in their retelling.

They went where God told them to go.

No trade route would lead through the Red Sea, for crying out loud.

God led them between a rock and a hard place on purpose.

Exodus 14:3 For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in.

Any land route, and the Egyptians would have overtaken them.

The Source Documents for these "stories" were well preserved inside the Temple.

Any retrospective falsification that occurred could be checked against these Documents.

You can mangle the U.S. Constitution all you want by Arab phoning it, but you can always check the story against the source document.

Those source documents were all the result of oral stories passed on from one generation to the next over many years. And as the religious tend to do, embellishment was introduces. I'd think you of anyone here would understand as you are well known in this forum for doing exactly the same.

I did specifically request 'biblical' examples, since that seems to be your go to source for all things indisputable... or are you now claiming extra-biblical sources for indisputable truths?

So in the hope that you'll narrow this down for me, what biblical examples do you have of people dying for what they wrote? I also make this stipulation knowing that you'll have a very difficult time defending the claims put forth in "Foxe's Book of Martytrs". Absent the bible's indisputability, extra-biblical claims of martyrdom are for the most part extremely specious.

Suicide bombers don't blow themselves up for something they fabricated.

Of course they do, just as you've fabricated the idea that the bible is literal and inerrant, and you may well be willing to die for that fabrication. A fabrication is simply a claim made without evidence. It's not necessary for that claim to be knowingly false. The mind is very, very good at fabricating things... we call them beliefs, and a lot of people are willing to die for them.

Do you know what a source document is?

Of course they do,

Not.

A suicide attack is a deliberate attack in which the perpetrators knowingly sacrifice their own lives as part of the attack. These attacks are often associated with terrorism or military conflicts and are considered a form of murder–suicide.

Ignore it all you want.

But it'll pwn you to Talofofo Falls and back if you Arab phone it, then use it to check your accuracy.

And when done in defense of the faith it's called martyrdom. As a curious aside, the first documented case of a suicide bomber was... Samson.

So, no biblical examples of people dying for what they wrote?
