Why Do My T-Shirts Get Small Holes In The Front Of Them Before They Get Holes In The Back?

I spend a lot of time fixing and making stuff. So soldering, cutting, grinding, drilling etc. probably means a lot more stuff hitting the fabric in front. And I pick up stuff that I sometimes brace against my chest. My dad used to make comments about the difference between guys with knees worn out of their jeans as opposed to those for whom the seat was worn out first. Just saying.

Why do they keep putting those awful things in my mixed nuts?

They also have very high levels of selenium. It's very possible to be poisoned from eating too many Brazil nuts. But given their taste and texture, I don't suppose that happens very often.
