You said in your original post:

So, no, unless you're moving the goalpost, the thread was started discussing, quoting you: "What calendar were the Jews using during the Life of Yeshua?" (Emphasis is yours).
I never limited it to man made calendars...that's your assumption.

Don't be so simple minded...you clearly don't understand that there are different units of time and measurement...not all measures or units are equal to one another...

The 1000 Years = 1 Day is connected to the 7 Days of the Week, and why? Because God predetermined the world to exist for 7,000 Years. There are 6,000 Years of Work and 1,000 Years of Rest because God worked 6 Days and rested on the 7th Day.

Dear Humble reader, the belief which Humble Penny espouses in the above commentary is precisely why he has proclaimed that the Middle Ages never happened, and then proceeds to cut that period out of his history of the world, so that in his mind, his 7000 year theory remains possible.
What Exactly are the "Middle Ages"?

Please be advised that Humble Penny has also set a date for the return of the Meshiah in the year 530 AD, which according to his calculations has not yet happened because the world has not yet reached that date in history, (because he deleted the Middle Ages from his version of world history).

Ah...moving the goalpost, then.
In case you missed it from the end of my OP:

"[...]To answer this question more precisely we must trace time all the way back to Adam, and at this point we see that none of the nations existed along with the calendars which were created by them: therefore this means Adam only had one calendar he was following since God created the world and him.

So what calendar did God create and when did He create it?"

Otherwise please don't come into my threads or posts trying to wrangle with me when I never even spoke to you prior to you coming on here. I don't take kindly to bullies or people who like to assert their opinions on others.

Shalom

@daq it's been said:

"A man's real character is revealed when you see how much truth they can tolerate."

And after reviewing my interactions with you--and others who have responded to me in similar manner--it's clear that what you thought was the "truth" you were following isn't at all but falsehood. But trust me, give yourself time to adjust to the Light instead of fighting it and running back to the Darkness.

Not sure what that has to do with the topic of this thread but, don't forget to include all the passages in our current canon where YHWH says that His appointed times are to be observed forever. But you should leave your personal interpretations of Scripture out as the the text doesn't indicate what you're saying at all. We know the Flood didn't have an effect on the timekeeping or course of the luminaries as God was still able to count the days just fine and narrate them accurately to Moses who also recorded the Flood of Noah for us.

I believe it is indeed related to the thread and entirely relevant concerning your version of the calendar which is essentially based on the Book of the Luminaries.

You cannot have an antediluvian pre-flood calendar that lasts forever, or into eternity, then have a new creation accomplished by way of the flood, and then after the flood have a second calendar that also lasts forever or into eternity.

And it isn't the text that is wrong but the English translations of it which are wrong as shown above by their own illogical contexts. And the reason they are wrong, besides the obvious contradiction they present right there in the context of their own translations, is because they do the same kind of mechanical renderings with the Hebrew and the Greek scriptures when it comes to both olam and aionos. It depends on context, usage, and forms: sometimes olam or aionos are merely meant as an age, as in the end of the age, and sometimes they mean forever, like into the ages of the ages.

Your 364-day calendar is the antediluvian pre-flood calendar from the days of Henok and the patriarchs before the flood and that text proves it. :D

It appears that what we are missing from Damascus, (a.k.a. Qumran), is the leap year calendar, if they had one. And I suspect they did, for they would not likely have read the passage I quoted above like modern scholarship now reads it. They would surely not have missed that statement or misunderstood it.

While you ponder on the Proverb in post #92 look at how your thoughts fulfill the foolish person described in it:

You don't believe in the calendar given to Enoch by God because you want to push a lunar calendar, or other non-biblical calendar. You then go on to say that the calendar created by God cannot last forever...but then believe that your non-biblical calendar does last forever? Be careful about putting the works of man above the works of God...

But I guess only time will tell if you are going to continue fulfilling the role of the fool in Proverbs 13:16.

This is what is missing from the Enoch calendar, how it was corrected to the solar year.

So are you proposing a Lunar solar Calendar?

@Filippus Dear brother my clear illustrations in post #59 shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that what I have been speaking up to this point--regarding the calendar created by God on Day 4 of creation and the true length of the solar year as spoken of in Scripture--is correct.
Cherry picking between the evidence have led you to your view and opinion. Below it works out exactly 150 days.

Guess you forgot how luni-solar calendars work huh? It's still a lunar based system...it simply applies formula so that the Moon is aligned with the solar year...in reality it's the Sun that completed the 150 Days...on paper you are just being told what day it would be on the Sun...nice try though...

No cherry picking on my end as I laid out the whole lunar and solar year for everyone to see with dates clearly marked.

Since you have called me a fool, and have claimed that I do not abide in the word of God, and since you claim that your calendar is God's calendar, and since your calendar is 364 days: please quote the passage or passages from the scripture where God teaches us in His word that His calendar is 364 days.

If you cannot do so, please know that I do not accept empty accusations, empty assertions, or empty claims.
