the Life of Adam and Eve would have us believe that god made it evident to both Adam and Eve that there would be a resurrection

so basically after the fall god stepped in with guiding the creation through the mess it got itself into

him telling them that, plays a vital role in the end result itself(and everything else hes communicated as well)

so hes ultimately in control of the path we take...he knows who will be born and how they will choose but hes not making the choice for them

and hes taking the path that leads to life overcoming death regardless of who is lost along the way

they had the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and they made their choice completely free of gods foreknowledge being presented
That is true

Gene 3:24 And He is Expelling/Thrusting-out the 'adam, and He causing to dwell from east to garden of Eden, the cherubim and flame of the sword, the one turning to guard/keep way of tree of the lives.

Revelation 11:2 and the court/fold, the without/*in of the Sanctuary, be thou Casting-Out/ek-bale <1544> (5628)! out-side, and no her thou should be measuring,

[55] Therefore do not ask any more questions about the multitude of those who perish.
[56] For they also received freedom , but they despised the Most High, and were contemptuous of his law, and forsook his ways.
[57] Moreover they have even trampled upon his righteous ones,
[58] and said in their hearts that there is not God -- though knowing full well that they must die.
[59] For just as the things which I have predicted await you, so the thirst and torment which are prepared await them. For the Most High did not intend that men should be destroyed;
[60] but they themselves who were created have defiled the name of him who made them, and have been ungrateful to him who prepared life for them.
[61] Therefore my judgment is now drawing near

healthy reminder ;)

That it is, as is this:

1 Peter 1
17 Since you call on a Father who judges each man's work impartially, live your lives as strangers here in reverent fear.

Ezra 3:12 And many ones from the Priests and the Levites, and the Chiefs/ro'sh of the fathers, the elders, who saw the House, the former, in laying foundation of this the House in eyes of them ones lamenting in voice loud and many ones in shouting in rejoicing to raise up of voice.

I don't know many Calvinists who view 2nd Esdras as inspired Scripture.

How about 1 Timothy?

3 This is good, and pleases God our Saviour,
4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

what does make sense is that he decided to make a freewill being which would take full responsibility on their shoulders BECAUSE of the freedom they have been given

but realized in his design that they would soon turn against him, and so he was sad

but rejoice because the goodness from within his image will overcome and become something so good that its worth the original rebellion

and the damned are damned because of the choice which was given...with freedom comes great responsibility and they had every chance to repent and be saved but refused his holy spirit

Your view of God is totally warped and humanistic.

No one chooses God, NO ONE.

I never said I was righteous without christ but I certainly had good within me

No, you didn't. And by saying so you are claiming some sort of divinity because all of man is fallen. Thats blasphemy.

Oh please. There is no need for patently false equations.

Even Calvinists 'admit' that the totally depraved do SOME good. They call it 'superflous' meaning it is good, but it won't mean anything because God will fry them anyway.

There has been at least one Calvinist affirm this on this thread. See if you or any others can:

All of Israel were stated in the Old Testament to be Gods children. See Deut. 14:1 or Psalm 82:6 for examples. There are others as well.

SO...

Is God The Father of the totally depraved seeing as He Is their Father?

No one chooses God, NO ONE.

Those who will go to heaven must decide to follow God.

The bible is quite clear. I don't know why you think you have the authority to change the words of scripture:

Tell me how this is possible without making a decision:

Mark 8
34Jesus then told the crowd and the disciples to come closer, and he said:
If any of you want to be my followers, you must forget about yourself. You must take up your cross and follow me.

Or this:

Matt 7
7Ask, and you will receive. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened for you. 8Everyone who asks will receive. Everyone who searches will find. And the door will be opened for everyone who knocks.
21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Luke 6

32"If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' love those who love them. 33And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' do that. 34And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' lend to 'sinners,' expecting to be repaid in full. 35But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 36Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

You would do yourself a favor to know your own groups position on these matters.

In Chestertons world you are SAVED BY WORKS remember???

Earth to Chesterton, earth to Chesterton, EVEN if you made that choice WITHOUT WORKS it doesn't MATTER in your world, remember???

You are either a liar or ignorant.

Based on your other posts, I have a pretty good idea what the problem is.

Carry on.

I understand what you are trying to say, but would alter the statement a bit to say that no one chooses God until God chooses them first.
