I feel sorry for him but he shouldn't be making money off what many consider to be an agonizing ordeal including years and years of therapy (mental and physical). The speed in which he is transforming from a male to a female makes it seem like one can go gender shopping.

You are making tons of leaps in judgment that, from the answers you have given, lack justification. The answer you gave that I'm referring to justified your statement with very little explanation. I recommend being careful with what aspersions you are willing to cast at people.

I believe it took Jenner many years, since she wanted to be a women, since she was a child. I think even trans genders, that can't make the switch fast enough will still get something from his show.
