In what way, specifically? Your post did list a number of GOP culture war items and the implication that voters who don't find those the "the greatest priorities" when deciding who to vote for.Strawman
You misrepresented someone's argument to make it easier to attack.
Usually when someone understands what I'm saying and comments on it, my thought is something like "bingo, you got it". In this case I barely understand what you're saying. In what way, specifically? Usually when someone understands what I'm saying and comments on it, my thought is something like "bingo, you got it". In this case I don't really know what you're talking about.
Of course, nobody is actually saying all those things, but it's a nice straw man you can argue against.I go by what I hear the democrat left lib woke segment saying. And what I've heard them say quite a lot about is keeping their precious abortions legal, making their precious narcotic drugs legal, and supporting LGBTQ2+ being pushed on young children in public schools. Basically the top priorities seem to be sex and drugs. And then of course there's all the freebies they want. Like having the government via tax payers, cover their tuition for their arts degree that won't get them a job that pays enough to pay off their own tuition.
Nobody is saying they want abortion to be as legal and accessible as possible? Nobody is saying they want drugs to be legalized? Nobody is saying it's okay to have LGBTQ material in school libraries? That it's okay for drag queens and transgenders teaching young kids all about it? Nobody is saying they want the government to pay for either their tuition or pay off their student loans? People aren't saying they're more likely to get any or all of that from the democrat party, rather than from the republican party? I'm sure most anyone reading this, knows they do. Even those who deny they do.Of course, nobody is actually saying all those things, but it's a nice straw man you can argue against.

You and the other should just stick to adressing what I said and stay on topic, rather than getting into elaborate derailing critiques.

The bottom line, in your complaints about my post, is you don't like my candidness.
Is that to imply that if someone has a stroke, the effects from it can't impact the person's ability to do an important job, and that anyone who believes otherwise is "ignorant"?Questioning someone's mental state is fair game. Confusing someone's mental state with the after effects of a stroke exhibits an ignorance of the problem from which they suffer.
Did you mean "ableism"? Well, I believe someone should be "able" to do the job, and do it effectively. If you believe that's discriminatory, then you should have no problem with paraplegics being hired as firefighters, or blind people being hired as airline pilots.Fetterman doesn't have dementia. Stroke and dementia are two different things.
Albeism is prejudice and arbitrary discrimination against the disabled, merely because they are disabled. Having a stroke doesn't preclude a person from doing productive activities.
I don't see how that would be implied by what Bradskii said.Is that to imply that if someone has a stroke, the effects from it can't impact the person's ability to do an important job, and that anyone who believes otherwise is "ignorant"?

If someone thinks that a stroke automatically implies a reduction in mental abilities then they are ignorant of the condition.

Tell that to the experts:
"A stroke, or brain attack, happens when blood flow to your brain is stopped. It is an emergency situation. The brain needs a constant supply of oxygen and nutrients in order to work well. If blood supply is stopped even for a short time, this can cause problems. Brain cells begin to die after just a few minutes without blood or oxygen.
When brain cells die, brain function is lost. You may not be able to do things that are controlled by that part of the brain. For example, a stroke may affect your ability to move, speak, eat, think and remember, control your bowel and bladder, control your emotions and control other vital body functions."
A stroke can happen to anyone at any time. Know the signs.

Actually, there was a local referendum for my town to legalize Marijuana. Of course, it passed. So now people can smoke dope wherever and whenever they want, and wish for Heroin and Cocaine to be legalized. Oregon Decriminalizes Small Amounts of Heroin and Cocaine; Four States Legalize Marijuana (Published 2020)Apart from abortion, I'm not aware of any of those matters that were proposed by Democrats in the midterms. It's not like they were pushing for the legalisation of marijuana.....
Since Fetterman refused to release his medical records, the public is left in the dark as to what was done, versus what may have been done.I'm glad you now know that a stroke may do some of those things. And not will do them.
