Maybe we should set up a system where the percentage of employees and owners reflect America. To make it “fair” (which is what you are going for), 13% of player, coaches, GMs and owners should be black.

Look at who gets put in charge of issues like player welfare, and the long culture of sidelining anything resembling what’s good for players in pursuit of ever more revenue. If you have any doubts about that Malcolm Gladwell wrote a series of detailed exposes on business practices in the world of pro sports over there.

Are you suggesting this is common for black people who live in affluent neighborhoods? Because I can assure you it is not.
