There's no indication Satan was "cast down", or even a fallen angel let alone one of God's higher-ups. The only time he appears in the Old Testament is in Job, where he only does what God allows.

It wasn't until the NT where things developed into the view that God was all good and did no evil and anything evil was attributed to Satan, despite the Old Testament having it more that God did both good and evil and Satan was like his prosecuting attorney.
Revelation 12 should clear up any indication otherwise

Again, Revelation was written during the time of the New Testament, when the views regarding God and Satan had changed, as I brought up earlier. There are even two versions of the same story on who moved David to take a census. In the Old Testament, it was said to be God, while the New Testament version of the same story says it was Satan.

And Revelation almost wasn't in the Bible to begin with, it took 300 years to make that decision. 4 big myths of Book of Revelation

Well to be fair "good" is not "perfect".

When God defines something as good, it is without flaw, i.e. perfect. If something had any flaw, it would not be good, i.e. imperfect.

If you had a glass of pure water with absolutely no contaminates in it, and if you were thirsty, you would drink it because it is good to quench your thirst. If one drop of cyanide was placed in the glass, would you drink it? If you are rational you would say no, since you know that water is no longer "good" because it has been contaminated with poison.

How could God knowing the outcome of his actions, complain later that he wish he hadn't done it?
it was pretty bad....BUT....Noah (a preacher of righteousness) found GRACE in GOD's eyes

Yes, by design man is a finite child of God growing through experience to the potential of eternal life. Hence we will continue to grow after this life.

The narrative about a one time golden age of perfection and the steady decline of man is human speculation and conjecture. There is obviously much, much more to the story.
Grow up into THE HEAD
Do not progress above or go out from THE HEAD

I will continue in THE WAY I am going

Many have much to say with regards to what GOD really said and meant

Isaiah 8 is sufficient

(Within the confines of the bible) ... What the word God is has been changing from the time it was first mentioned.

Think of this in consciousness (sake), To say light is good makes darkness less, or by default evil, and becomes the byproduct of a tree.
LIGHT is good
And men need LIGHT to see their works in (relation to) the LIGHT

Then they would understand why LIGHT came into the world first and from the beginning

God knowing the outcome of his actions before he created it still says it is perfect in the day it was created. We are known by association; perfect is as perfect does.

God is not changing, who we believe God is is changing, if we will reason with him, or with his word, which is to reason with him.

Where it was called out of is every bit the process of a seed.

And then he plants a vineyard gets drunk, and the son reveals his nakedness, and another Cain is born, or by man the curse continues, a Noah's father's hopes of rest becomes like water in a cracked cistern.

Where it was called out of is every bit the process of a seed.
All were called out of darkness
All were turned over to disobedience

All were called to return to to overseer of their souls

The GOSPEL will be preached
Some will hear and receive the TRUTH as it should be heard and received : GOD's VOICE

Some won't

That's the verdict sir
LIGHT came into the world...BUT

You know the rest

Yet those who were sons (even by nature honored their father) and provided a COVERING for his flesh

If you want to discuss seeds, remember from the creation account that ever lower living thing was created bearing fruit with seed in it according to its likeness

Man, the highest of HIS CREATION, who was supposed to have been created in thenimagebof GOD, is the only of HIS CREATION that did not bear fruit with seed in it according to its likeness

Look at Eve, taken out from the flesh of Adam. Even she did not bear his exact likeness

Look at Cain and Abel
Look at Esau and Jacob

There will always be division
Even in the first Passover, GOD made a distinction between two flocks (exodus 8 forward until the last plague)
