Thats not what I asked. What I asked is, do you believe "YOUR" denomination holds the truth over other Protestant denominations/sects 100%? Anyhoo, by your answer here, your belief is a big "No"!! So, for you to claim that you are saying that the church you belong to is not the true church. So, I have to ask, why are you a part of that church denomination?
Oh good grief! No that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying no denomination is the one true church. The one true church is all real believers regardless of where they gather. In a church pew or a boat or a chicken coop, or a basement. It makes no difference. The church isn't a denomination.

Rather references in Scripture are everywhere which point to a visible Church. How are the following vers
We don't know who is genuine in any fellowship. So we gather and we study the bible and those who are sincere grow in faith.
"You Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem.” The Samaritan woman was speaking of the visible church. Jesus however defined the invisible church: “Believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. "

Really? What say we put a little hypothetical scenario to test.
Oh, let's not. He explained it quite well.

But by the way, he did identify which Church of God we're speaking of. You didn't catch it, but I know that nothing would have changed if you had.

As I have said before, the Catholic Church is not a denomination. All Christians are members, those who have split off with their own views simply lack the fullness of the faith.

As I have said before, the Catholic Church is not a denomination.
It has its own language when it comes to those matters, but that doesn't mean everyone else is required to use it. Not when the Pope refuses to call Protestant churches by the term they prefer--"churches."

You wrote that the Holy Spirit will ensure that he [the Pope] never teaches error in the name of the Church. The Pope and the Catholic church has been in error many, many times throughout its history.
This comment proves that you don't understand the Catholic doctrine of Papal Infallibility. Don't criticize something you don't understand.
It became so bad that Martin Luther, led by God, found it necessary to break from the Catholic church and bring the Body of Christ back into alignment with God's (infallible) written word -- the Bible -- and His living Word: Jesus Christ.
Martin Luther was a heretic, plain and simple.
The Catholic "church" is just one denomination, nothing more. It believes that its doctrine is right, but so does every other denomination. There is only one truth: Jesus Christ.

"Jesus replied, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life." " John 14:6 Not the Catholic denomination or its teachings (or any other denomination).
Right ... so when Jesus said the Holy Spirit will lead you to "all truth" (John 16:13), he was lying?

As far as infallibility, sola scriptura.
I love your sense of humour ... sola scriptura is a sure-fire recipe for error and confusion!

Even when they gave forth doctrines and theology contrary to the Bible?
Impossible. But it's entirely possible that you either don't understand Catholic doctrine and/or your interpretation of Scripture is incorrect.

The Keys were truths from the Father, truth from the Father being the foundation (the rock) He said His church would be built upon.
Jesus gave the "keys" to Peter only. This allowed the truths from the Father to be conveyed to us through Peter, infallibly.

Which "people" did God entrust to determine the canon of the Bible?
That was decided long before the 4th century. The fourth century only saw the official seal of approval given it by the new State church and even only after they tried to remove two which were still ultimately kept. Governments of man like to do things like that.

No, that's pretty fanciful and almost romantic, but there is some significance or other to Jesus' words that applies to Peter. It's just not what the Church of Rome decided about 300 years later to say it meant! ;)
Please share: In your opinion, what is the meaning of Jesus giving the "keys" to Peter only?

That is like Caesar proclaiming himself God. Logical when you consider the Gentile church modelled itself on the empire rather than the Kingdom.
... except the Bible doesn't say Caesar is the "fullness" of Christ; it says the CHURCH is the "fullness" of Christ (Eph 1:22-23). In other words, Christ speaks through the Church, just as surely as if he were still here on earth. After all, Jesus did say he would never leave us.

That is your error. Sola scriptura.
Sola Scriptura is a man-made tradition that is error from beginning to end. For the first 1500 years of Christianity, SS was unheard of.

2Tim 4:
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth

Two points. The Pope was modelled after Caesar and certainly wasn't part of the State church at the time of it's formation. (see post 733 ) Second, the definition of church seems to be confused by those who expect institution rather than movement of people living in the ways of the Kingdom.
