Nothing, but I did find this;

So it seems you don't even know his name, yet you are ready, not only to believe his videos, but to post them on these forums. I really do think it is better to stick to sources that you know something about.

It's the Nautical Twilight Zone :eek: Only kidding.

It's when the sun is going out from our perspective, it's to far away to see anymore.
It's called sun set :rolleyes:
That doesn't fit with the facts though. The sun looks bigger just after sunrise and just before sunset than it does at noon. Anyway at sunset, if it was because the sun was too far away, why is it that we gradually see less and less of the sun as it sets, until eventually the final "sliver" disappears? If it were too far away, then the whole sun would become invisible.

That exactly what it does, it becomes invisible because it's too far away for our eyes to focus on it, it's called perspective.

But it doesn't. As the sun is setting, it does not become invisible because it's too far away. Before sunset starts, the sun looks circular. Half-way through the sunset, we just see a semicircle. Gradually we see less and less of the sun until it is all below the horizon. If it became invisible because it was too far away, it would appear as a complete circle which gradually got smaller and smaller until it was too far away to see, but that is not what happens, is it?

Not invisible (wrong word) When the sun sets it is just moving out of our line of perspective for us to see it anymore.

Which doesn't fit at all with what we actually see. We see the Sun gradually setting below the horizon at night, and gradually rising above the horizon in the morning. Hence the terms "sunset" and "sunrise". We don't see it just moving out of our perspective. Your assertion is trivially disproven.

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
Cool. Apply it to yourself. Your answers are not working, not even theoretically possible, you propose crazy absurd conspiracies and post fake news and trash websites and videos. Your flat earth view shipwrecks every time on simple things we all observe, like eclipses or sunsets. Its good for nothing.

The problem is that the Earth we live on does not work like this picture and does not look like this picture.

Blah blah blah. Eclipses. Sunsets. Travels around Antarctica. Flights in the southern hemisphere, GPS, satellite internet etc. Bye.

If this is how the sun travels around above the earth at a fairly constant height and speed, then the sun:

1) will not appear to be near the horizon at 'sun set' but (much) higher up in the sky.
2) never zooms off into the distance, which is what would have to happen if perspective is the explanation for the sun becoming too small (i.e. far away) to be seen.

Try (or imagine) a flat earth map on the floor, with a sun above it. Place 3 dots to represent people at different point on the map: one at sunrise, one at midday sun (directly below the sun), and one at sunset. At what angle is the sun for the 'people' seeing sunrise and sunset?

I try my best to inject a bit of doggy humour in the forums. We all need a smile now and again as life can be harsh. We may not agree on certain things talked about on this awesome forum but we are all in love with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Gob bless you my friend.......

Woof!!!!

Actually i believe this illustration you posted is not exactly right. As according to this model they have the sun and moon as spheres whose light shines in all directions.
Which i believe they are not, but the sun and moon are circular disk that face toward the surface of the earth. The light they give off shines directly to the surface of the earth and does not shine in every direction.

That is how the underside of clouds are lit from sunlight. Because the light that lights up the clouds (undersides) is being reflected off of the surface of the earth.

No it won't, as the sun crosses to sky in a circular motion this it what causes day & night;

View attachment 355559
That would mean day length would be consistently different based on latitude and the South Pole would melt.

How do you account for that?

Yes, you could be right, my model is just a rough idea of what the sun does.
